“Everyone here is so kind. I stopped in today on a busy Saturday, I was struggling a bit with my baby nephew. 2 staff immediately noticed and started playing with and talking to him while I got myself together. Another staff member saw how overwhelmed I was and brought over some ice water and kept checking in on us. Even though they were slammed, they took the time to focus on and help us and I appreciate it tremendously. Thank you!“

“I had a fantastic experience at this bagel shop! I had the vegetarian sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and packed with tasty ingredients. The bagels were amazing too; I grabbed a few to take home, and they were just as good the next day. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. “Love this place for many years! Hard working owner that gives back to the community plus has a great staff with nearby students and consistency! One of the few places my family will take the time to patronize in the elm city for its quality and quaintness. Outside seating is peaceful as well as inside too with a nostalgic atmosphere. A hidden gem off the beaten path if you’re not from the neighborhood.“

“A great spot, especially in the summer for dinner. Outside dining, where my toddlers are able to be themselves. Pizza was amazing (we got meatball and pepperoni), a nice portion salad, and garlic parmesan wings. The owner and workers are so friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend.“

“Absolutely fantastic bagel spot! The bagels were incredibly fresh — you can really tell they’re made right. I ordered the sandwich called The Captain, a bagel with egg and ham, tasted amazing. Everything was hot, flavorful, and perfectly put together. The coffee was also excellent, which is always a huge bonus. Great food, great quality — I’ll definitely be back!“

“Dozen bagels, cream cheese and box of coffee was like 20% less expensive than DD and about 150% more delicious...these bagels rock. Sorry if making the box of coffee that early was a hassle, the boys at Guitar Center really appreciated it 🥹“

“My family and I love this place we just wish there was more consistency with opening hours times even on the days that they are open at 1:45 you will drive up to the window and they will say they are closed. I honestly just see way too young unsupervised staffing with little or no consideration for business. I gave this business 5 stars only because of the food and I understand how reviews hurts businesses but if I would rate it overall it would not have been 5 stars bc it’s very frustrating keeping up with when they are open when the drive thru is closed when they are out of bagels it’s a hit and miss.“
