I stopped in today on a busy Saturday, I was struggling a bit with my baby nephew. 2 staff immediately noticed and started playing with and talking to him while I got myself together. Another staff member saw how overwhelmed I was and brought over some ice water and kept checking in on us. Even though they were slammed, they took the time to focus on and help us and I appreciate it tremendously. Thank you!“

“So after a long 2 and a 1/2 hour drive, deciding where to eat, I found myself at this fancy bagel shop. The staff is so friendly.The cashier Natalie is the best. The food here is awesome, the best bacon egg and cheese I've ever tasted. I'm definitely coming back for more.“

One of the few places my family will take the time to patronize in the elm city for its quality and quaintness. Outside seating is peaceful as well as inside too with a nostalgic atmosphere. “My family and I love this place we just wish there was more consistency with opening hours times even on the days that they are open at 1:45 you will drive up to the window and they will say they are closed. I honestly just see way too young unsupervised staffing with little or no consideration for business. I gave this business 5 stars only because of the food and I understand how reviews hurts businesses but if I would rate it overall it would not have been 5 stars bc it’s very frustrating keeping up with when they are open when the drive thru is closed when they are out of bagels it’s a hit and miss.“
