“Basic bagel fast food. Just better bagels than whatever Einsteins makes.
The service got less stars because the person behind the register didn’t see me standing there while they were playing a game on their phone until I turned to cough. I get the job sucks, but still.“

“We unfortunately arrived a little later than usual, and to our dismay, most of the bagels had already been picked over. However, the girls working there really went above and beyond to make up for it. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, even giving us an extra bagel to make sure we left happy and had a great experience.
That kind of customer service really makes a difference! Thank you, ladies, for taking such great care of us. We’ll definitely be back to Fancy Bagel! Highly recommend!“

“So after a long 2 and a 1/2 hour drive, deciding where to eat, I found myself at this fancy bagel shop. The staff is so friendly.The cashier Natalie is the best. The food here is awesome, the best bacon egg and cheese I've ever tasted. I'm definitely coming back for more.“
