We unfortunately arrived a little later than usual, and to our dismay, most of the bagels had already been picked over. However, the girls working there really went above and beyond to make up for it. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, even giving us an extra bagel to make sure we left happy and had a great experience.

I’ve been going here for years and always been happy with my purchase. Yesterday, I stopped in to get a bagel before my appt. I was the only person waiting to order in a “down” time. There were five workers behind the counter. Two were involved in conversation with customer reviewing photos on phone. Two were hugging each other and one looked at me like no one was there. Fancy Bagels is phenomenal, hands down. They serve up what are easily the best bagels in Connecticut, which takes their breakfast sandwiches to an absolute supreme level. You just can't beat that perfect chew and freshness.
