This place has really gone downhill in the past year. Went there today ordered 4 different bagels and I only received 3 of the 4 bagels when I got home. The bagels were not as good as they used to be either. They were very rude and took forever to ask me if I needed help. It’s a shame that they went down hill like this. I don’t recommend this place to anyone anymore. Stay away find another bagel place. They need to hire friendly staff that care.

Ive been coming to both fancy bagels locations for years. I visted the Farmington location this time and every time I come to this location the ladies behind the counter are very rude, not friendly, and male focused. Today I ordered 1 bacon egg and cheese on a everything bagel. They were busy so I waited patiently. After 25 minutes they finally asked me if I ordered, what I ordered, and if I paid (which I did). They were so unbelievably rude about it, asked me who I placed the ordered with and very snappy implying I (as the customer) messed up somehow. I’ll never return. Save yourself a trip and don’t go.

I've been coming to this bagel place for a long time, and it never disappoints. The girls at the shop are super friendly and always busy taking care of the customers. Bagels are crunchier on the outside and softer in the inside type. Personal favorites are the sweet cinnamon and golden. You can't go wrong with a BEC bagel with a nice cup of coffee. This place gets busy in the mornings so be ready to wait a bit.

There's a strange set up here. Kind of confusing for a first timer. I didnt know where to order, or what to do once i ordered, where to stand, if i should pay... no one explained anyrhing. She took my order and turned away and that was that. But the food is decent (although expensive as heck) they have like 5 tables total. And it seems to be pretty steady business. I saw a couple people doubling up at tables with people they didnt know because they had no where else to sit!!! But, Idk. Not the worst. Not the best.

I never leave reviews but when u have the best bagel in the state u gotta tell people! I’ve been a chef for 20yrs and I’m a big guy who loves food but is particular. We drove an hour to get here and I loved everything about this place. Upon entering it smelled amazing and we were greeted by Sara(seen in the picture) who was sweet as pie! She was very personable and helpful. We ordered a dozen bagels and got 6 different kinds. Everything, onion, poppy, cinnamon raisin, rye and salt. They only had 1 rye and we ate that while we waited and it was just perfect. Great husk on the outside with an awesome chew just the right amount of moisture. They are consistent size and I believe these are boiled then baked (the right way to do it)to get that perfect combination. All of the bagels are LOADED with toppings that are set on there really well. The everything bagel was garlicky and the more you chew it the more the salt comes through and makes everything pop. The salt, poppy and onion bagels were equally awesome. The cinnamon raisin had lots of raisins and a great amount of cinnamon. I did not toast or put anything on them! Just as is! They do also have a cool menu with some intriguing combinations that I’m going to definitely try next time. We can’t wait come back. Great job folks!

This place is delicious and the staff are so polite. The wait time was very quick especially with the amount of people that were there. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Thank you so much.
First visit and it won't be my last. I'm pretty new to Bristol and I have been looking for my go to bagel shop and I found it. I bought 2 everything bagels, 2 poppy seed bagels and 2 cheddar cheese bagels. I loved each crunchy, chewy and fresh bagels. Next time I'm going to get a sandwich. I'd love to see online ordering to make the visit easier. Thanks.

I enjoy the bagels here very much, I called ahead to order one bagel and waited 15 minutes before I went inside. I was not greeted at all and there was no order to the lines for pick up or walk in. I went up to the counter and the girls working just looked at me and turned back around. I stood there for a good 20 minutes no one ever spoke to me. Another guy that called ahead asked for his order- one sandwich- and the girl gave him attitude and said "i dont know" so me and him both walked out. I will never go back again there is absolutely no order and those girls are awful.

My favorite bagels and this is always our first stop when we come to CT on an early flight. Over the last few visits during this trip there is one particular NEW employee who we have witnessed being rude to many customers while waiting for our bagels. Other customers commented to each other about her while waiting as well. Today she pushed me over the edge. The place was not busy, and she was completely rude to me for absolutely no reason. This employee definitely should not be customer facing. I'll speak to Sal myself if she's still working there the next time we are in town. Let's hope they realize this pretty soon or they are going to lose customers.
