Coffee is always fresh. The women at the counter on the York Street site are always smiling and pleasant. Products are always tasty. The place gets crowded by college students so at times it's hard to find a seat. They have cute little log tables in front which add to the ambiance of the place.
Overall the place is nice and offers great selection of coffee and matcha for non-coffee drinkers like me. They also have a nice selections of pastries, I tried the lemon cake and it was tasty. The place is clean and has a few tables in the back to sit but most people quickly order and leave. I would of given it 5 stars but my husband and I have came here 4 times and each time they forget his order but give me mine.

This review is only based on coffee, not food. The iced chai latte was really delicious and I loved the type of ice they used. We ordered our drinks and were served only a few minutes later so the service is fast. They have some seating as well if you want to do work and they have a very wide snacks and bakery selection.
