This store is always super busy but they work hard and you can tell they are trying to turn it around! The morning manager is so nice and she always has a smile on her face and welcomes you in. She helped an elderly woman before me and was so kind and patient and you can tell she loves her team and customers. Drinks were great but the coffee shop could use a lot of cleaning. Not just the floors, counters, windows, table so I think it is the entire shop that is unkept and wish at least the serving stations are tidy.I know people working here are hard working and hope they get the support needed to be able to manage making drinks and cleanliness. ?
I am going to be bluntly honest. First of all, a big shout out to Bradlee for just always going above and beyond at being nice to all of my family members and friends. Secondly, although at this Starbucks - and I visit MANY EVERYWHERE - haha= they are always very busy with Yale students, locals, families, visitors etc .. so sometimes are humanly grumpy juggling it all, do not get orders always tasting perfect or keep the place immaculate either it will still always be a one of...read full review
