Stopped in to grab a quick coffee. The store was very dirty, bath room was just horrible. They took forever to make 2 drinks, and still messed up one of the drinks.

I ordered two Fraps and it didn't come with straws. I don't understand why you wouldn't put straws with drinks.

This is the only Starbucks in the U.S. that lets crazy homeless men sit right at the entrance and yell at passerbys and catcall women DAILY. Yesterday was too far. A man was allowed to curse at children, say CHING CHANG to students, and yell at everyone walking by for more than AN HOUR. It’s the same 2 homeless men who’ve been doing this all year without a care, managers need to call the cops and enforce security

This store is always super busy but they work hard and you can tell they are trying to turn it around! The morning manager is so nice and she always has a smile on her face and welcomes you in. She helped an elderly woman before me and was so kind and patient and you can tell she loves her team and customers. She made my drink right after I forgot to order it the correct way and was so polite. She kept complimenting her team and encouraging them to have a good attitude and also kept them on track! The baristas were so fun and you can tell they love their jobs, laughing and singing. I had a great morning coming to get my drink before work. Overall this Starbucks is awesome!

Drinks were great but the coffee shop could use a lot of cleaning. Not just the floors, counters, windows, table so I think it is the entire shop that is unkept and wish at least the serving stations are tidy.I know people working here are hard working and hope they get the support needed to be able to manage making drinks and cleanliness. ?

I ordered a latte with dark chocolate curls and it came out without it. When I asked a server, they said they ran out of it, and end of conversation..They could have simply blocked it when I ordered through their app, or should have offered alternatives and yet it ended up me donating 70 cents to Starbucks without consent. This is a busy location filled with Yalies during semester. Still, this does not mean you are granted to do something janky.

the middle-aged woman behind the register (wearing a mask today) has a notorious attitude among students here. came here multiple times having this lady rolling her eyes, sighing towards customers and today shouting at my face because i said pardon first time after she mumbled a few words in a loud and crowded store during the morning. I have been ignoring these behaviors thinking maybe it was just one of those days for her, but now it's pretty clear she is just an AH. nobody should be treated like this in the morning. Avoid the place, you don't need this.
