“Decent Starbucks. Baristas were attentive but lacked enthusiasm and friendly engagement that I typically associate with Starbucks baristas. I asked for a side of cream, which they provided me, but they filled my Venti only about 2/3 full to make sure I had room for cream. I had to go back and ask them to top it off.“

“Yummmmm the only thing I dislike is the location. Very hard to get into this parking lot depending on which side of the street you are on and there's no intercom in the drive thru. It's a little pricey but they have tons of flavors and the coffee is tasty. Wish they had more sugar free flavors, but it's a nice stop for a treat or sweet drink or energy drink.“

“Taking into account the other Starbucks’ in the Danbury area, this drive thru is on the slower side. The set up to actually get to the drive thru is horrible—nobody seems to know which way they’re going or what a stop sign is!Alas, I have to give credit to the baristas at this location. They actually listen to your order specifications and I FlNALLY got a cold brew that didn’t taste like dirty sink water.If you’re interested in the surrounding amenities or the restaurant scene around here, this Starbucks is worth checking out. Otherwise, the plaza is two much hassle—especially when there’s 4 other Starbucks’ in a 10 mile radius.“

“Place it's good. They always make the coffee the way I want it and the people behind the counter it's nice. Nothing bad to say about this Dunkin donuts. Also plenty of parking. Always crowded a bit so if you crossing from the parking to the store always look first. People driving cars in Waterbury they don't stop. They have some kind of mental problem. They think when they driving a car that they can mix their problems with people on the streets, plus they always in some kind of hurry I don't know exactly what they hurry is but they don't even have a minute to stop for a person crossing an street.“

“Just ordered 8 burritos from here and I am so surprised they each weigh 1.5+ lbs!!! That's insane!!! The owner, Señor Maximo, was very kind and nice and gave me some free food and free cake! I was very surprised but very grateful! I know times are tough but it's the nice gestures and acts of kindness that are appreciated! I eat here every time I pass by Waterbury and the food is always excellent and very delicious! I love small and local restaurants like this! I just ordered 8 burritos from here and I'm so surprised that each one weighs over 1.5 pounds! That's crazy!!! The owner, Mr. Máximo, was very kind and friendly and gave me free food and cake! “I stopped here for a donut this past Thursday morning.
I was hoping for a cream donut with white cream inside and was informed, the one I was seeking is called Vanilla Angel, but they don’t usually get those at this location. I was told, that for these (the best donuts ever), I would have to go to the Derby location.
So, I just got a basic chocolate covered donut. It was good.
The staff is nice and informative.
I’m looking forward to going to the Derby location.“

“The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars has to do with the price. The server that helped me was phenomenal. I had been waiting longer than I could because I had to be somewhere. He personally made my order so I could leave. Very pleasant and great attitude. I wish I had gotten his name. My visit was on 4/15/23 at around 1:30 pm. Woidbridge , CT location. He was a young small built African American with glasses. All that being said….price was such a rip off. The drink consisted of maybe 6oz of coffee,low-fat milk & a shot of flavor. Over $6!!!!!!!Very small cup. Economy is bad right. now. I’m 70 years old still have to work 40 hours a week to support myself. Should offer better prices. Server saved the entire experience. “Mission accomplished, I was able to stop here and grab a Vanilla Angel donut yesterday.
It was good, although it had white powdered sugar on it instead of being powderless and covered in chocolate, but it was still very tasty.
The lady running this place was very kind and I definitely liked it here.
Having limited time available, it really helped that she was able to get me in and out so quickly… Thank you!“
