The customer service here is off the charts. I felt like I was in a diner where everyone knew each other. Jokes, laughter, etc. There is a lot of foot traffic and it seems that many people were regulars. They really enjoy the people they serve. I noticed that when it died down a bit the employee came out to clean and restock the self service counter. I loved that!! I hate walking into a messy place. I think I'll have my coffee dates here mire often.
This was one of the best Dunkins in the area. Orders were consistent, lines moved along quickly and employees knew what they were doing and very friendly. Recently this location hired many new employees. They have 2 long time outstanding employees who keep me going to this one. All are nice and try to be friendly. My favorite Dunkin in the Valley. This place always has the fresh doughnuts no other Dunkin has fresh doughnuts like this Dunkin does. You will be seeing me a lot in October trust me on that one. I can never pass up my favorite chocolate sprinkles and chocolate glazed Everyone in here is really nice too that's why it will always be my favorite Dunkin.
