My favorite Dunkin in the Valley. This place always has the fresh doughnuts no other Dunkin has fresh doughnuts like this Dunkin does. You will be seeing me a lot in October trust me on that one. I can never pass up my favorite chocolate sprinkles and chocolate glazed Everyone in here is really nice too that's why it will always be my favorite Dunkin.

The customer service here is off the charts. I felt like I was in a diner where everyone knew each other. Jokes, laughter, etc. There is a lot of foot traffic and it seems that many people were regulars. They really enjoy the people they serve. I noticed that when it died down a bit the employee came out to clean and restock the self service counter. I loved that!! I hate walking into a messy place. I think I'll have my coffee dates here mire often.

Highest price around. I went there on Sunday for a medium sized regular coffee & it was $3.10! The following day, I got a medium sized coffee at the Monroe Dunkin Donuts & it was $2.78. I definitely won't be back at this shop.

I went in day after Thanksgiving morning and the crew was so happy, nice and attentive. I ordered two coffees and one crew member wiped down cups without me asking. Great service!

Unfortunately, there was a very long line, and the managers were just standing around, when they could have been helping out. Maybe it wouldn’t have taken close to 30 min for everyone to get their order if they got in there and helped a bit.

The staffing here has gone completely downhill and the manager is always very rude and will argue with you even when she is in the wrong. Multiple times I order through the mobile app and they will give me the wrong donut or not even include the donut at all. When I go back to get a replacement she will yell and argue. Props to the employees there who apologize on her behalf and act more like a manager than she does. If I order something and PAID for it, I would like to receive it or get refunded if it is not available and not be dealt with an attitude when it was her doing.
