Got 3 simple drinks, 2 of them being wrong even though the girl repeated the orders back to us correctly so they just seem lazy, on top of that we waited almost 20 minutes for them.

Just went in to get a coffee. No one was around, everyone was in the back laughing. Rang the bell, was ignored. All the coffee was flashing red, figured it was old and burnt. So I walked out. Not going to wait 20 minutes to drink old coffee and have poor customer service. Dunkin is going downhill fast.

I have really enjoyed this location for a long time, but something has happened since July. The iced coffee taste like water with milk in it. Yuck! Today waited in a drive thru for 15 before being acknowledged only to get what tasted like burnt coffee that was the color of ice tea was very disappointing.

I love this Dunkin so much. The employees are extremely respectful, personable, and are always working hard. I don’t understand how people write horrible reviews when this is the experience I have all the time.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever seen in my life. And I drink a ton of Dunkin. Don’t go here unless you have at least 15 minutes to sit at the drive-through window. Happens every time without fail.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Every single time I go something is wrong. Every. Single. Time. Don’t plan on making it to work on time if you stop. I want to say the employees suck but it’s probably the management recruiting from the special Olympics. Constantly running out of essential items and burning my bagel. Every time. I’d rather go to Columbia, find my own coffee beans, fly back, buy a $300 coffee maker, than give these people any of my money ever again. I’m surprised the employees can tie their shoes in the morning without tripping.
