This place is consistently disappointing. After years of experiencing this quality, I finally had to review today because I waited for 42 minutes in the drive-thru for a coffee. I got wedged between two cars so couldn’t even decide to pull around to go inside. When I got to the window, I saw one employee smoking on the sidewalk (which wafted into my car as secondhand smoke), three employees inside, and two customers inside. I have zero clue what the holdup was, but if they were that busy, why was an employee smoking? I can’t count on two hands how many times I’ve seen that. The drive thru line went almost to the main road, through the gas station. I let the male employee know what happened and he was apologetic but did not offer any explanation . It’s unfortunate that I now feel the need to drive an extra fifteen minutes to get to the Tolland dunkin.

Got 3 simple drinks, 2 of them being wrong even though the girl repeated the orders back to us correctly so they just seem lazy, on top of that we waited almost 20 minutes for them.

Just went in to get a coffee. No one was around, everyone was in the back laughing. Rang the bell, was ignored. All the coffee was flashing red, figured it was old and burnt. So I walked out. Not going to wait 20 minutes to drink old coffee and have poor customer service. Dunkin is going downhill fast.

I have really enjoyed this location for a long time, but something has happened since July. The iced coffee taste like water with milk in it. Yuck! Today waited in a drive thru for 15 before being acknowledged only to get what tasted like burnt coffee that was the color of ice tea was very disappointing.

Usually right on! Today, at least 4 people are working. No greeting until 7 minutes of standing in line to have 1 person finally say we will be with you. I am thinking it was the manager who finally had the kid wait on me. Service beyond sssslow at 11 am! Very disappointed! Staff unfriendly.
