We just moved to the West Hartford area a few months ago and we love Avon Indian Grill. Its the best Indian restaurant around. The food always comes out fresh, flavorful and made with love. We particularly enjoy going to the Sunday buffet with our little toddlers and its kind of become our little tradition. The kids always get excited for “buffet” time haha! Buffet has a lot of veg and non veg options! I absolutely love their grilled chicken tikka and chicken malai kebab.its among the best I’ve had in the US (I’m from India). Very juicy and flavorful grilled chicken! Veg korma, peshawari and Dal tadka are also my go-to. Also try the Lasuni Gobi if you go there! I think this restaurant is a hidden gem in Avon and we are glad to have stumbled upon it. Keep up the amazing food and service AIG!

Very Good actually!Ordered couple of non veg and veg dishes.The mixed fried rice and chilli chicken is perfect in flavour blend and light.Paneer butter Masala tastes sweet and tangy and perfect accompaniment with the butter nun.We also tried Tandoori Shrimp and Drums of heaven ! cooked to perfection! Will definitely return back!

We visited Avon India Grill today for their Sunday Brunch Buffet, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and offered a big variety of delicious dishes. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Everything tasted authentic and well-prepared.

With my spouse, I recently visited the OpenBuffer branch, and it was an extraordinary experience. The warm welcome and the impeccable service truly set the tone, exceeding all expectations. The delicious indian coffee and fresh lemonade were the perfect start. The food? Absolutely divine, genuine variety Indian food bursting with flavor and a hint of spice, and the value for money was amazing. The atmosphere was immaculate. The simply delish Indian desert adding finishing touches. And all at an incredible value of $52 for both of us including the tip. Highly recommend!.
After a 3 year hiatus I decided to give this Indian another try. I want to love it because its close to me but once again I am left disappointed by the lack of flavor other than a very forward tasting garlic and a not do great sauce texture. Indigo Indian Bistro in Manchester while double the distance will continue to be my go to for amazing Indian food. It's also a better price.
