“We had a wonderful meal last night at Avon Indian Grill. They were very patient with our talkative group of seven, explaining foods and spice levels. After a slight delay in the kitchen, we were brought two extra appetizers that the owner wanted us to try. And later, two desserts were brought out as well. All of the food was delicious, and everyone was able to take some home as well. The staff even played a joke on us! A great time. We honestly don’t understand why it isn’t busier. It is BYOB with a liquor store very conveniently next door. It is a small interior, so definitely recommend making reservations for a large party. We can't wait to return.”

“I live in Hartford and this pizza tastes better than all combined in the city. Very taste fresh tomatoe sauce and very good dough not overcooked and burnt. I got both sausage and separate pepperoni. Both were excellent thin crust.”

The place looked small from the outside.We walked in and were greeted right away by a man. We sat inside, and were offered free wine by one of the customers (although, we happily declined, as we do not drink).Very nice waiter, funny all around. Everything was quick. It's decor is lovely and it's very clean and neat. I will be trying the regular Sunday Brunch buffet as soon as it fits in my schedule and I can't wait. If you're going to try a holiday buffet, get reservations early because they are very popular. Please tey them you won't be disappointed.”
