This is my new day to day bagel spot. Service is fast and friendly and there’s always a couple old timers hanging out having coffee so you know it’s a good place. The bagels are great and the breakfast sandwich combos are unique and delicious.

Can’t call in an order because no one answers the phone EVER. This leads to having to go there and order, then stand awkwardly in the dining area until order is ready. Why would a business owner want a dining area full of people ordering to go on the spot and waiting. Also there is a group of older men that are morning regulars who like to give women a hard time by asking inappropriate questions. My GF went in there by herself recently and sure enough couldn’t get in and out without escaping an inappropriate comment. Owners need a restaurant 101 course.
Went in to pick up a few bagels at 12:15 pm and there was barely that. No plain, no egg, no selection besides a few stragglers. Was told "we close at 1:00 pm." I'm thinking that's 45 minutes away and it's lunch time. Really? I tried to pay for the 3 bagels, about $6 and was gruffly told about the $7 minimum to use a card. I guess I missed the paper by the register saying that when I walked in. Luckily I was able to raid my change dish in the car and get out of there without any further snide remarks from the person behind the counter. Don't need an attitude with my picked over bagels because you want to sell out and have no leftovers. Nope!

This is not communist russia or china. Why are you rationing/limiting how many bagels you can sell to customers?
Your limit is 12 and you could not throw in an additional 3-4 more bagels for once? Are you selling elixir of life?
I was asked to bring 15-20 bagels to the office 3 times a week. I doubt you care, but you just lost a big order.
