Ate at Bertuccis in Avon for the first time and had the pleasure of getting waited on by Danielle B. She was very kind, and very kind to my young children whom sometimes get too rowdy but she gave them one on one attention when ordering and throughout our meal, really making it an easier and more enjoyable time for me! It's rare when I remove a star from a restaurant. Sorry, Bertucci's Avon. Dirty sticky tabletops with a bad table view brings you down to a 4 star review. Because the food was still well-prepared and delicious, I'll leave it there.Lunch service left no booths, so we were seated at a table by the front windows that look at the parking lot. Thank you so much for a great experience. We had a last minute change with our training schedule and Bertucci’s accommodated a large group with amazing service! Our school will always come here in the future.
