Get my bagels here all the time. Today I ordered half a dozen bagels, get home open the bag there is 5 bagels. My order couldnt have been simpler, 6 plain bagels. Seriously??!!

Food was wonderful as always. I’ve been coming here weekly for at least the last 10 years to enjoy fresh bagels. Recently, they have hired a new manager who clearly has a problem with my order each week where he berates his employees for complying with my request (toast whole sandwich as I am pregnant and need the turkey toasted). When I provided feedback to this manager about his interactions with his employees, he rolled his eyes at me and walked away. I can imagine any employee would be fearful to speak out against this man based on his interactions with me. His position needs to be evaluated seriously.

We were passing by and decided to stop in for breakfast. We liked it. The bagels were delicious. The service was polite. A bit pricey. But everything has gone up in price now. 🤷♀️ But at least it was delicious. 😁

Ordered bagels through door dash. Several missing items, cold food, sloppily put together. Called the manager, was only told to call door dash. Will not order from here again. Threw the entire order in the garbage.

I am an everyday customer for this business my family and I have been coming here for almost 25 years this is has to be one of the saddest visits I have ever had since becoming a customer it is extremely hot in there the staff are literally sweating from the heat the airflow a is ridiculously bad. The health department should be advised

The 2 employees were amazing. They were super pleasant and running around like crazy. They was working hard and it's hot I was ready expecting to dine here but it was too hot so had to get my food and coffee to go. But your two employees need a raise

I was there this morning around 8:15. As always, the bagels were outstanding. The ladies room was another story. It was filthy. Toilet had a ring around it that had been there forever, sink dirty and so were the floor. The trash can was literally overflowing. It was bad.

My girlfriend and I came in for a quick bite and we were helped by Jennifer and Noah. They were both extremely inviting with amazing personalities. We enjoyed our conversations with them and they made our experience lovely. We will definitely be returning!!

I have not been here before. I was greeted with a smile and very pleasant person named Jen. The staff was very helpful and attentive. I took the suggestions they gave for bagels and sandwiches. They were outstanding. Definitely a destination place for a super yummy meal. Thank you so much. Super impressed with the whole experience.

I come to Bruegger’s all the time and always create a bagel with lots of meat. Jennifer did an amazing job creating my meat lover’s bagel. The staff were all friendly and my bagel was amazing as always! Highly recommend coming here for great bagels and great staff.

I ordered my girlfriend and I bagels on mobile order, and I order here frequently as I live nearby. They most of the time don’t start the order until we wait in line at the cash register for our turn and then let them know we’re here. She went in to pick up our food, and it was at least 30 minutes of waiting inside for a mobile order. The worker had asked if the egg whites were a must, something I paid extra for, and said to her “tell him i’m doing a lot of extra work for him” and made it a very unpleasant waiting experience. Our orders half the time are wrong, we have to check them before leaving the store. The bagels are outstanding and that is absolutely the only thing that keeps us coming back.
Edit: The company asked me to leave a message on their website contact form; “Please reach out to us so our team can follow up with you directly. Kindly include the details of your visit. If you are satisfied with how your issue was resolved by our Guest Services team after the form is submitted, we would love it if you could update your review to reflect this!”
The response I got which doesn’t resolve anything: “Thank you for the message. We have gone ahead and added $15.00 to your Rewards Account. Enjoy breakfast or lunch on us!”.
