Went here for lunch today and it was awful. They used to be so good. I got a single cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap and the burger may as well been a hockey puck, it had zero flavor and super. For the price of this place it should be much better. Yuck!

Just wanted to shed light on a phenomenal employee they have I believe her name is Alicia. Every time my husband and I arrives she gives us nothing short of excellent service. We usually get the CEO she referred us to try the NEW Chef Burger this time 10/10. Rather it’s bringing the food to the table or helping us on our way out with the door, we want you to know your hard work and dedication never goes unnoticed. Burger came out burnt black. Bun was dry and stale tasting. Worst burger I've ever had. Onion rings were very greasy, but tasted good. Server forgot our drinks, but brought them out right away when we mentioned it.

I’m really not sure why this place has such high reviews. There was absolutely no flavor in a single thing we ate. I don’t have any known dietary restrictions or digestion issues, but for whatever reason I could not digest this food. I subbed a waygu patty for a normal one, they gave me one normal one and one waygu one on the same burger. The texture was awful and everything was soggy (we ate it immediately when we got it). Such a terrible experience, we will not be returning.

Great food and customer service. I have been multiple times and the food is always great. Will take longer than usual to receive food during peak business hours of course. My favorite burgers are the Ceo Burger and the Rodeo burger! One employee who particularly stood out to me as a great employee was Kacey. She's quick to greet and quite friendly especially if you're a regular! The atmosphere of the restaurant is also great. There are multiple TVs to watch, meathook lights above the tables, and a large ceiling fan in the middle of the lobby. A very enjoyable experience overall and a great spot to dine-in with the family. I usually eat here on Thursday and Friday evenings.

My preferred burger and fried chicken burger stop. The bun is the best around and quality of meats is unbeatable. The food is brought to your table once ready when dining in. Tables are cleaned almost immediately after you complete your meal. When dining with littles ones who need the bathroom, let them know or you may not have food when you come back even though its your responsibility to dump your trash. Carry out is convenient when using their app. Last $10 in rewards for every $100 spent.

The staff and service are great. However the quality and amount of food you get , not with it. Felt like I wasted 62 dollars on 3 burgers , 2 fries and 3 onion rings. Yes 3 onion rings and 1 beverage.

The food at Burgerfi is generally good but they have introduced these kiosks to order at. You can only order through the kiosks and they are the closest thing I have yet experienced to Sisyphus' boulder. These pieces of garbage are beyond infuriating, from a tap taking 10 seconds to register to the kiosk randomly adding and deleting items from your order, and even to the checkout, wherein they will ask for a tip 4 times- autofilling a ludicrous 70% tip- before allowing you to finally pay for your food. Jesus Christ, please hire an actual cashier instead of cutting corners by using fisher price speak and spell tablets to order my food.The employees seem nice, I'm sure they would appreciate the hours.TL,DR: BurgerFi is the ultimate boomer simulator, and I have never felt more like my mom when she asks me to help her with her computer.

I have it 3 stars, but in reality it should be only 2.5 stars. I have had there burgers twice, and both times same issues. The gluten free bun is stale. I know gluten free buns are dry, but I can't even grab the burger without the bun crumbling. The taste of the bun is stale also. I get mad because I pay $2.00 extra for a gluten free bun and it's crap. The burger itself is good, and so are the fries. My opinion is if you need gluten free, don't go here, or if you do, don't get the gluten free bun.

Ate there twice and got really sick each time. Thought the first time was unrelated but after the second time I realized it’s definitely their nasty food. Everything is greasy. Staff and the manager is very rude.
