My favorite thing about carvel is that you are able to customize your cake. I wish it was easier to order online, because I ended up needing to call in and I was given a cake that was double the price of the one I actually wanted.

Dietary restrictions: You can get a cake made with fudge instead of crunchies!

I recently purchased my grandsons 10th birthday cake here. He wanted cookies and cream ice cream with yellow cake in the center. The staff uses pound cake and the cake was just delicious. Can't thank you enough. We will definitely return. We love Carvel!

Unfortunately each time ordering from door dash, with the Reeses Sundae Dasher.. They do not make it as Carvel requires them. In person this happened as well. If you look at the picture and ingredient list of this sundae it has peanut butter and hot fudge. They only do peanut butter and not hot fudge. The only reason I can imagine they are doing this is to save money, but that is not right when I am paying for a specific product that they are supposed to sell me, and are not....
