I live an hour away and I wish we had pizza this good near me. I stop here every time I am in the area for work. 2 slices and a drink for under $10 for lunch which you can’t beat. They always have different slices on deck and the owner is super personable. Great service every time.

Never been before so gave it a try, order 5 pizzas for a troop meeting. The kids devoured the pies, group favorite was Thai Chili Chicken white. While the Pepe Piccante was my favorite. Highly recommend for takeout(no tables).

E & D Pizza opened in 2014 and stands for the owner's sons' names, Enzo and Dario. It is located in a plaza in Avon, CT. It's a takeout only pizza place with some benches inside. I ordered pizza and a couple of grinders on a Friday afternoon. The place was full of friendly workers and had a restroom available.
I ordered a small Carnivoro pizza for my family; it had spicy pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, and meatballs. The dough was chewy and the toppings were good. All in all, a delicious pizza with a ton of toppings. I also ordered a chicken cutlet grinder, it had breaded chicken cutlets, mayo, American cheese, tomato, and lettuce; I enjoyed that, only thing was, there was too much of lettuce, easy fix to remove it. My husband had the chicken Parm grinder and he said it was very good. Overall, a good spot for pizza and a variety of other foods to choose from.

Solid classic cheese pie. A tad heavy on the cheese for a relatively thin crust. They might use a 25% provolone blend in their mix. It does get a little orange greasy with all that cheese. Great micro-blistering on the crust and undercarriage. Pretty tasty tomato sauce. Bit disappointing they don’t offer seating as it looks like a nice spot to stay and chow, but it’s probably what works best for their business model. The other foods look pretty good too and I will try those next time when I return. The two girls front of house were very pleasant, attentive, and professional as well.

Great pizza spot in Avon, fairly quick turnaround from time of order (unlike Little City that tells you 20 minutes but it takes 45). Only complaint was one time we called hours ahead to have pizza ready for my father and grandmother who were driving in from Ohio and they were about 30 minutes behind on getting the pizzas out but I can't blame them as they became slammed between our time of ordering and pickup time. Will be a repeat customer for sure.
