If I could give a 0 for customer service I would. I totally understand being busy as I too work in a customer service based industry but standing waiting to be seated for over 5 mins while they kept looking up and not even saying hey sorry for the wait we are busy we will seat you shortly I had to ask before they said anything. Very uncalled for waited another 5 mins still wasnt seated so we left. Totally unacceptable customer service.

I’ve never stepped foot in a friendly prior from my visit today. What I thought was going to be a good experience with the family for a lunch ended up a disappointment, as soon as you walk in the front doors you are greeted with an order what I can only assume was old burnt oil . Against my better judgement I still wanted to give it a go. We were sat at a front end booth by the window and was greeted by flies flying around our booth and window. At this point I was done and left. The waiter was informed of the fly issues and she seemed unbothered. No apology, can we move you to another area, Nothing.

Friendly staff. The kids loved their meals and of course, the ice cream.
This was the worst meal I've ever had from friendly's (for both my aunt who had a fiahmajig sandwich & I had a quesadilla). Most likely last time I'll eat there. Oh yea the 4.99 kids sized milkshake was ridiculous.

Had a wonderful time at friendly's! So nostalgic going back there. Fantastic crew, Nate was an awesome server! Food was just as good as I remembered it was. Munchie mania is a go to. Highly recommend!

Gourmet Grasshopper
Just needed a quick lunch and they were perfect. Picked 2 the BLT and New England Clam Chowder. Bread was toasted and bacon was crispy while the tomato was fresh. Loved the chowder!
