Luke's Donuts caught my eye while traveling through Avon with its large sign advertising donuts. These days if the sign doesn't start with Dunkin, it's probably going to be good. Especially if the place has been around for years, like Luke's has.
I bought a Maple frosted donut and it was delicious. Not too dense with a slight crunch to the glaze, and that flavor hint of the oil. Excellent!

Great breakfast spot!! The staff were incredibly nice. We got a sausage, egg and cheese and several donuts/holes. I’d recommend everything but definitely loved the cake-style donuts. The chocolate donut hole was my best bite! We took it to go, but the atmosphere is also nice with diner counter style seating. Highly recommend.
