Every time I order food from the local Moe's, there is a problem with the order... We usually order family meals and inevitably they forget to include something... For example, once the onions and peppers with the fajita meal (they aren't fajitas without onions and peppers!)...or another time, the guacamole. The most recent time I ordered a gallon of lemonade to go along with the meal and they were having a problem with the drink dispenser, so I asked for an alternative drink......read full review
Thank you for making 2 fresh meals and offering to refund me when door dash never picked up my order. I picked up my order just now and it was easy, right by the front door and I’ll be doing that from now on instead of delivery. Great customer service!
