I went to this place for the first time (we didn't know these stores existed) And frankly I went because they told me it's like a Chipotle but better because they have more varieties of meats and sauces.
The experience itself left a lot to be desired. The girl was in a bit of a hurry for me to choose my items (even though I told her it was my first time and logically I was getting familiar with what I saw) I chose quickly because I felt rushed to place my order even though I was the only one in line. When we arrived at the checkout, the tray of chips was waiting for us next to our order. The meat we chose was chicken (I don't remember the style because I didn't even have time to know what I chose) but the food itself was good but in my opinion it doesn't compare to Chipotle in seasoning. The chips, which were quite a few, were not to my liking, I felt them bland. The sauce station had 3 empty dips so I didn't get to try the sauces they told me were in variety. The lemonade drink station was almost empty. When ordering, they did not offer me their products or anything typical of the store, or offer me the different dishes that are available, meaning that I should have based it solely on what I read on the menu. The prices? Accessible Nothing needs to be said about it. Return? Mmm I would think about it before.

Just a really solid place overall. I haven’t been to a Moe’s since I was 9 years old, and this brought back memories. I had never gotten the tacos before, but since it was LeBron’s birthday, I had to celebrate it with some others. They were pretty good looking and I thought the choices for customizing were nice. All my tacos were different and pretty tasty. Since I got steak on one, it added 1.49 which I think is a bit of a scam but whatever. My total was about 12 dollars and I’m pretty satisfied with my meal. I also like that I can serve myself salsa containers with many choices. There are definitely higher quality Mexican restaurants, but the prices here are great. Just wish there was more meat.

Went there tonight, and I think she was the manager. Brianna. I hope I spelled it right. She was so helpful. We had a couple of problems with our gift cards, and she was very patient and helped us through it. The other staff were great as well. I would definitely go back here just because the staffs customer service skills were on point

We love Moe's. The food here is great, the people are super nice and the customer service it great. I do have to call out Briana as she clearly stands out the standard for customer service. So nice, always makes everything spot on and just the example of customer service. The Avon store is by far the best Moe's I have been to. Keep up the great work!
Great service tonight briana helped me figure out how to redeem my points and was very kind, food was fresh and the pablano was very fresh :) I will be back.

I love coming to this location. Ever since I started Working in the area this all I go To. Moes is better than chipotle first off but the staff is so friendly, food is usually fresh and they’re pretty efficient with timing of the pick up orders. I’m so grateful to be close to a Moes ??

Wonderful staff They do a great job with making your meal. Zujeidy and the other staff members are very friendly. I have noticed some other places being lazy with preparing your meal, but here they try their best to make the Mexican meal to your liking. The place is clean as well. Would recommend if in the area .

Just bring back the grill and you'll earn your last star!
Vegetarian options: The tofu is baked instead of grilled now, which doesn't give it the same crispiness that I fell in love with Moe's for. But to know they have tofu at all is cool.
