Walked in and I received no greeting. After waiting a few minutes for the two employees to finish online orders, I was helped by an older employee with gray facial hair who got hostile when I asked for a double wrapped homewrecker burrito and even more upset when I asked for more than half a scoop of rice. He yelled, told me no more rice, refused my service, then yelled sexually derogative slurs towards me. He refused to give me his name or the store manager’s name, he called police whilst following me outside of the restaurant to my car. I feared for my safety. I’m a professional individual who was polite to this man the whole entire time I do not understand his anger towards a customer. Corporate and district manager are investigating. Avoid this location.

Crappy service very unfriendly ask for more meat in my sandwich because it didn't look like what was posted online they refuse to do it without a charge I would never step foot into Moe's again been to others service was great but in Avon Connecticut terrible save your money and hopefully they'll hire better help

I went to this place for the first time (we didn't know these stores existed) And frankly I went because they told me it's like a Chipotle but better because they have more varieties of meats and sauces.
The experience itself left a lot to be desired. The girl was in a bit of a hurry for me to choose my items (even though I told her it was my first time and logically I was getting familiar with what I saw) I chose quickly because I felt rushed to place my order even though I was the only one in line. When we arrived at the checkout, the tray of chips was waiting for us next to our order. The meat we chose was chicken (I don't remember the style because I didn't even have time to know what I chose) but the food itself was good but in my opinion it doesn't compare to Chipotle in seasoning. The chips, which were quite a few, were not to my liking, I felt them bland. The sauce station had 3 empty dips so I didn't get to try the sauces they told me were in variety. The lemonade drink station was almost empty. When ordering, they did not offer me their products or anything typical of the store, or offer me the different dishes that are available, meaning that I should have based it solely on what I read on the menu. The prices? Accessible Nothing needs to be said about it. Return? Mmm I would think about it before.

Just a really solid place overall. I haven’t been to a Moe’s since I was 9 years old, and this brought back memories. I had never gotten the tacos before, but since it was LeBron’s birthday, I had to celebrate it with some others. They were pretty good looking and I thought the choices for customizing were nice. All my tacos were different and pretty tasty. Since I got steak on one, it added 1.49 which I think is a bit of a scam but whatever. My total was about 12 dollars and I’m pretty satisfied with my meal. I also like that I can serve myself salsa containers with many choices. There are definitely higher quality Mexican restaurants, but the prices here are great. Just wish there was more meat.

Went there tonight, and I think she was the manager. Brianna. I hope I spelled it right. She was so helpful. We had a couple of problems with our gift cards, and she was very patient and helped us through it. The other staff were great as well. I would definitely go back here just because the staffs customer service skills were on point
