I’ve dined here a few times and it’s always been great. The last couple times have been a little inconsistent (little to no sauce on my poke bowl, or drowning in sauce) but still highly edible. The reason for this review is to point out that there was a ton of cilantro in my bowl this time. It is not listed as an ingredient in the hula bowl, and while I don’t mind it, I’d like to point it out as I have relatives with allergies to cilantro and this could have been super unpleasant for them. The pic is of about a third of the amount found in my dinner.

So happy we have this place locally! The food is delicious, the portions generous, the staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, the quality of the ingredients is outstanding. It is a great option for a healthy meal.

Well, I found my new favorite Poke place! The atmosphere is clean and refined and gives off a nice minimalist vibe. But the food is on another level. Some other poke places charge $15 a bowl for stale ingredients flooded by sauce to compensate. Not this place. Every ingredient tastes fresh and gets its own spotlight. The spicy salmon didn't overpower any one flavor, and everything in the bowl just blended wonderfully. The texture of the rice was divine. I can't recommend the Johnny Utah bowl enough. The aftertaste of everything is fresh and pleasant, and there are so many different ways to customize your own bowl. If you're craving poke or haven't tried it, come to Poke Bros. You won't be disappointed! I know this is the first of many visits for me!

We went on a snowy day, reached there 10 minutes before closing time and the store owner had closed the shop and he was about to leave. When he saw us, he asked if we wanted to get food and unlocked the store and turned the lights on. He had to uncover all the food and take things out from the fridge, but served us happily, which was a great example of exceptional service. The food is good but the service is best.
Super fresh food and great service! Im celiac and got the Da Kine bowl, staff informed me what contained gluten throughout and gave me options for substitutions. Definitely my new go to place for lunch.

Very, very clean! Everything in our bowls was fresh and tasty. The Spicy chicken bowl was top quality chicken with zero gnarly, fatty pieces. The spicy salmon bowl was absolutely delicious over perfectly cooked sushi rice. Big portions and super nice staff!
