No food allergy safety. They used to be solid, so when they messed up once it was forgivable. They messed up worse. I wouldn't trust their food safery as far as I can throw the entire kitchen.

Valentine’s Day couldn’t have been better. My girl and I had such a memorable night — the atmosphere felt romantic and well organized, and the service was smooth from the moment we walked in. The steaks were outstanding and cooked just right, and the desserts were the perfect sweet ending to the evening. You could really see the attention to detail across the board. Special shoutout to Manager Ali, for keeping everything running flawlessly, he was truly on top of it. The entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely courteous. An amazing experience all around. We’ll definitely be celebrating here again. 💫

We have been coming here for 10 years and today we had a mediocre meal... the waiter was very unprofessional. And basically ignored us. My husband ordered a burrito that wasn't on the menu... and it was a simple swap of meats. The waiter said, NO it's only ground beef. And we insisted. He said there will be an up charge which he still hasn't told us the amount. I ordered soup and some tacos. I said I would like the tortilla soup and then 3 beef tacos. He brought it out all together and when I told him I wasn't the soup before my meal, he screeched IT CAME OUT AT THE SAME TIME! I said well I don't want it . I wanted it before my meal. He was snotty when he returned to the table. We probably will not be coming back any time soon.

Our entire experience from entering to leaving was enjoyable and fabulous! The entire staff was nothing but kind, friendly, atttentive and made our meal enjoyable. My best girl and I drove 15 miles to this authentic Mexican restaurant where the food is fantastic but was outshined by the excellent service provided by Ceasar! We sat at the bar where Ceasar made us feel we were at a private dining event for just the two of us. Ceasars is the warm and kind person that would make you come back to the restaurant even if the food was so so. Puerta Valarta is lucky to have this caliber teammate!! We'll be back! Ceasars was the best server we have had at a restaurant in a long time. He was very attentive but not constantly in our face. When we walked in there was lively Mexican music playing but within a short period of time the feed changed to annoying house music. I asked Ceasar if he could change it back and seconds later, the Mariachis were singing again. Thank you for the great service !!
