My wife and I ordered online for pickup. My wife ordered a burrito with no beans. The food was packaged and stapled in a bag upon pickup. Upon arriving home she received a burrito bowl with enough beans to fill a can. Not impressed.

I've been to this location many times and this is the second time the elder lady on the line messed up my bowl. The first time I ignored it because people makes mistakes, but this time is just unforgivable! I asked for half chicken and half pork and I said three times before she did it to spread each protein across the bowl, she didn't listen and put chicken on one side of the bowl and pork on the other?? This is the same mistake she did the first time.... I thought me actively saying it would help her understand and yet its like she didn't even listen! We get to the cold side and I ask for habanero and the lady puts mango habanero instead! I'm not sure what is going on, but its really upsetting when you want to support a place you love, but not get what you asked for. All the staff saw her mistakes and no one jumped in to help her or even to try to correct the area.

It’s scorching hot in the restaurant! There’s no air in there! What the heck! I don’t see how anyone could even work in there let alone eat as a customer! What’s going on?
We both ordered the same thing- the birria guacamole bowl- and got two completely different orders.
The food itself was sub par. It was way too salty and didn’t seem fresh.
Definitely did not feel worth the price and probably wouldn’t come back.

First, the portions are huge, affordable, and quite delicious. Second, my toddler had some trouble with keeping the chips in his dish. We asked if there was something we could use to help clean up, and they told us not to worry. Third, one of the other customers seemed to misunderstand the menu and asked for some staff assistance. They explained the situation with great patience and handled the customer expertly! This will definitely become a regular place for us.
