It seems this time less to choose from on food and the price went up again. That's too bad we have been going there for about 12 or more years. It seem like it always different staff and servers every other time we go. I really think the price is getting ridiculous for what they are offering now.

The restaurant was packed due to trivia night. There was not enough staff and the wait time was over an hour and fifteen minutes for a sandwich. Honestly we were ready to walk out. When we asked to speak to a manager (Catherine?) all she did was make excuses at how busy the restaurant was. She did not apologize nor did she offer to comp a meal as a quick bite turned into a 2 hour ordeal. In fact, one of our guests responded to her when she asked ,”what do you want me to do?” And she said how about comping my meal. She responded to the guest with attitude stating- “ I can't do that” and walked away from the table. ( unlike our waiter who was apologetic and kind) We understand when at times the restaurant is short staffed as we have been regular patrons of Seasons. However, when the manager is rude about it, the whole narrative changes. It's not the customers responsibility to “please be patient” when an hour and a half goes by and we don't have our sandwiches. It's disappointing at best. When the bill came- the manager didn't even comp our ice teas. We didn't even drink! Customer service is key.

We have been here a few times already for their holiday buffets. The food is scrumptious. Its hot, fresh and flavorful. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful. It's decor is lovely and it's very clean and neat. I will be trying the regular Sunday Brunch buffet as soon as it fits in my schedule and I can't wait. If you're going to try a holiday buffet, get reservations early because they are very popular. Please tey them you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I had our wedding's rehearsal dinner at the restaurant as the hotel was where we were all staying for the wedding (Sept 2022). We chose a simple pasta menu for about 30 people and it was delicious, but the main reason I'm writing a review now is for Jeff, who managed the event for us. We have since gone back to Seasons for date nights and Valentine's Day dinner several times since getting married and have had Jeff as a server and a bartender. He is an incredibly gracious host, very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. When we went out for V Day in 2023 he strongly recommended us both getting a piece of red velvet cake because it was so good (and he was right!).Fast forward to last night, and my husband and I had an hour to spare before the babysitter had to leave, so we stop at Seasons for a quick drink and lo and behold, Jeff was our bartender. He remembered us almost immediately, and after we joked about his red velvet recommendation, he came back with two pieces of cake in to go boxes with our check! In all, the food and drinks are great but the service is unparalleled!

I booked a private room (Tap Room) for a small birthday party. The day of the party there was a snow storm. The staff was more than understanding that the number in the party went from 21 to 14 due to the storm. They helped us rearrange the tables to accomodate the smaller group. The room was stunning. The fireplace was lit, tables, set, mimosas poured and ready for us when we arrived. It is a lovely atmosphere, the staff were incredible, as was the buffet. Highly recommend!

Breakfast buffet was very nice...fluffy eggs and savory sausage. Great coffee. Lunch menu was decadent and I had a hard time picking just one entree. We ended up with a beautiful chicken pot pie and steak poivre...the sauce on the steak was to die for... love the half circle dining room...wish it had been dinner as the cocktail menu was so tempting...

Highly recommend this restaurant, one of the best in the Farmington Valley! Delicious food, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings in a lovely Victorian-style inn. The maple salmon was excellent!

Part of Avon Old Farms Hotel. Very nice! Both bartenders (Jeff & Jeff!) Were great. Super busy night on Saturday, as they had like 6 weddings that day and a bunch of people, but they kept up without any issues.

We took my brother in-law (who was up from Florida )for his birthday. I was surprised how much they raised the price ( from $39.95 a person to $44.95 a person I can see if they added more but didn't. Surprised.

Chef Lou is very creative and talented! I am on a special diet and he was able to accommodated my dietary needs and create a tasty meal. Also, thank you to Maggie our waitress, who was especially attentive! Seasons restaurant is a exceptional culinary experience with lovely folks that care.

The food was very good. The service was just okay. The dining room got so loud with a screaming, drinking wedding party we just had to leave. Celebrating a 95th birthday was drowned out by the raucous crowd. Too bad as it was a special evening with out-of-town guests.
