Five star coffee, food, service, prices, five star overall. Plenty of seating, and parking!
The Jamon Buerre sandwich is a gift from the God's and goddesses. The sourdough bread *chef's kiss*. And don't get me started on the oatmeal, something I've never ordered in a restaurant until now. HIGHLY recommend.
This place is a gem hidden in the woods of Avon. From the croissants to the cinnamon rolls to the breads, everything is baked perfectly and deliciously. I especially like the curry cauliflower sandwich and the baked egg breakfast sandwich. A great place to catch a fresh coffee. Love the local neighborhood feel.
The almond croissant is absolutely amazing! It's the best I've ever had!
Incredible scratch kitchen with delectable baked goods! I highly recommend Small State Provisions to anyone looking for delicious breads, pastries, cookies, coffee, granola and pizza dinners (with salad and dessert) on special nights!
Exceptional Flavors and Service
The ginger cookies are truly exceptional—beautifully balanced with warmth and spice, and simply irresistible. The tomato chutney sandwich is a stroke of culinary brilliance, with a nuanced tanginess that elevates every bite. To top it all off, the customer service was warm, attentive, and truly appreciated. A memorable and impressive experience all around.
I have had this place saved on my Instagram for the longest time. I finally made the trip and let me tell you it was worth it. The chocolate croissant was to die for.
I was at the Smalll State Provisions in Avon, and not at gastropark. I really wanted to try their scones as the last time I visited, they were out. I hate to be contrarian as I know that this place is very popular, but I thought that the baked goods overall were okay, but nothing I would go out of my way for. They look really good, but The taste is only fair. I had a chocolate croissant that barely had any chocolate in it. The pastry itself was decent, but although somewhat flaky, the outside was too moist. A ginger cookie was adequate, but low on Ginger. Chocolate chip cookie was pretty good, but not stellar. Scones were pretty good as scones go, but much more moist than a British scone. Vegan brownie was pretty good, although I would prefer it more fudgy and moist.
Out of pan loaves at 8:45am on Saturday morning. This has happened several times when visited other days as well. Regular loaves also almost gone. Spoke with manager who said most go to wholesale and do not intend to increase public offering.
Not just one of the best, but undoubtedly the best ginger cookie I have ever tasted! The coffee was very good too. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit to explore more of their mouth-watering baked goods!

This place is beyond amazing. I have a severe addiction, and I am proud! On Mondays and Tuesdays when they are closed, I spend the day dreaming of the next time I will get to get my morning breakfast sandwich and coffee. The bread is literally the best bread I have ever had, and the breakfast sandwich is amazing! The tomato chutney sandwich should win an award! Love!! Not to mention the vibes are off the chart. 10/10

Everyone was pleasant, helpful and welcoming. I was, however. disappointed with a chocolate croissant I bought. The pastry was very nice and flaky but a chocolate croissant should have chocolate in it. To be fair, there was a hint of chocolate somewhere in there but, just a really stingy dollop that made it wholly unsatisfying.

Great place, great food, coffee, people. Even got good views. I highly recommend the egg sandwich, the zucchini muffins, the sourdough bread, and curried cauliflower sandwich. And the challah makes amazing French toast.
