Found a piece of metal in my Iced Matcha latte.
The new layout is gorgeous, the new furniture is absolutely lovely, and the traffic flow is tremendously improved!
Oh! Also.... my latte was served in a real cup!!! It felt like a coffee shop from the NW!!! 10/10
Dietary restrictions: I wish there was a larger variety of df baked goods... maybe someday...
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of chairs to navigate... I'm not sure how accessible it would be in a practical sense...I think it epiglottis largely depend on how busy/ crowded the restaurant is.

I am truly disappointed in the Starbucks in Avon,Ct. The only Starbucks that never fails not to have the supplies they need. Always out of something. Whip Cream, Mocha or Carmel . As well as many other things.
I don’t believe management has a clue when it comes to ordering supplies. They are getting appt of complaints. I will drive further to Torrington. Something needs to be done at that newly remodeled location! Very disappointed.
These guys work hard, and have nailed every order I’ve gotten, no matter how busy! Great relaunch!

With the new renovation, there isn't nearly as much seating as there used to be. There are plenty of areas where more tables can be placed with enough room for people to stand and wait for their orders. Whoever designed this new layout did not think of the customers who come here touse this space to sit and work.

This Starbucks is located in the Avon Marketplace, in between GAP and LensCrafters. There were plenty of parking but there is no drive through. That didn't seem to deter people from going; when I went, there was a line and a long list of online orders.
The Starbucks was very nice and spacious inside. There were plenty of seating. This was my first time here and I placed an order on the app prior to going.
At first I waited in the line, then I realized a bunch of people came in to pick up their drinks at the other side of the counter and left. Apparently, there is an online order pickup section and a screen showing where my place was, on the list.
I went to waiting area and saw that they placed the orders in alphabetical order. As a newbie, I didn't notice a sign that says "Online Order Pickup". Now I know! Maybe they should add that? After a few more minutes, my order was ready.
I had the grande Chestnut praline latte; this was the new seasonal drink, it was delicious! I ordered a cake pop for my son, which he loved. My husband loves their cold brew, so that was on the order. Starbucks is expensive but the quality is good. I recommend using the app to get points for discounts. Overall, a busy but efficient Starbucks.
First time here and the flood was filthy and sticky. They literally could not make me any Fall pumpkin type drinks and to top it off they only had small straws for my venti iced coffee. Maybe just a bad but boy I was super disappointed

This Starbucks just reopened after renovations. They aren’t able to make the majority of their menu. Specifically, they aren’t stocked with half and half, Frappuccino’s, multiple syrups or food. This location has always been a hot mess and it remains the same.

Closed with no notice to customers almost a month ago, phone is disconnected. No signage as to when store will reopen (if at all). Would be nice if it would reopen as there are no other Starbucks in the immediate area.

Short, chunky stud manager has a complex. Wouldn’t allow me to use my personal cup, said it was cross contamination but couldn’t tell me the difference between bringing it straight from my home to fill it with my drink vs letting me clean it out myself to use it so it wouldn’t contaminate anything… then caught an attitude because she realized there is none.Also per the app, which I used, declared 50% off of my beverage for Friday 5/31 (today) and she didn’t honor it. Didn’t even drink the coffee because the color was waaaay off. I could tell she wanted an argument but I wouldn’t give her that, so I left.Tisk. Do better.
