This place continues to disappoint me! they always forget something in the order! then the owner says they will credit back your card. three times no refund, then when you have called to complain, they purposely will not answer and put you hold forever. Never will I purchase from here because my whole family has gotten sick to our stomachs everytime.

Me and my girlfriend ordered an X-Large and garlic knots with sauce. The garlic knots were amazing. The pizza on the other hand was not, it was very greasy and very super thin. We ordered a bacon and sausage pizza not much bacon and the sausage was very burnt. Won't order from here again.

Super fast delivery and the guy got in even though I didn’t hear the phone ring thank God!. Food was still hot! :-)Dietary restrictions: Ordered a gluten free pizza with parmigiana and no mozzarella and I still feel great!

Their pizza is a 1/5 but I'll give 2 stars because maybe their other foods aren't terrible.Ordered because I got their menu in my mailbox. After 1 slice we promptly threw the menu in the garage along with the pizza.No flavor and completely under seasoned, even with the garlic we had added onto it.

Ordered soup and salad, the young lady on the phone was friendly and courteous . The soup was great, the Caesar salad had a lot of chicken, my type of salad. What I didn't like was the croutons, I believe it was pumpernickel. Overall it was a good meal, I will definitely be ordering from them again.
We ordered 2 grinders there. One was a hot grinder and the other a cold grinder. When the person went over the order, she was wrong on both. I went over it again. She said ok. When we picked it and brought it back, both were wrong. We called and they tried telling us that's not how we ordered them. We said it was and even had to explain it twice. They said they would remake them both. But instead they only remade one of them. Mistakes happen but twice and not fixing the 2nd grinder. Bad business.

The best pizza in Avon! I go for their lunch slices all the time. Also their grilled chicken salad is delicious. They use their own delivery drivers so I don't have to go through doordash. I recommend them to all my family and friends

Great delicious pizza. I asked for it baked a little extra with browned edges they did it perfectly. Delivery guy was very polite. Will order again next time I'm in the area.

Love Vivaldis in Avon ❤️ the staff is genuine, accomodating, and super nice. My son loves the chick parm dinner with garlic knots, my husband and I are big fans of the wings-garlic parm & buffalo.. they make an awesome grilled chicken salad over fresh greens. This thing is huge.
