First off I wanna say I love dunkin,but today at this dunkin I got a small ice water,they charged $0.54,and it tasted strongly like mold 🤢 I haven't been to this one for awhile because the prices went up and quality went down tbh.

I am absolutely blown away and embarrassed at this service. I’ve worked at dunkin before and so I am a person of patience, but this was mind blowingly impressive how slow the service is, and the lack of urgency. I waited inside in line for over 10 minutes without my order being taken. I had to leave with nothing because I was waiting for so long and going to be late. And I watch them put stickers for “eat in” to the side while everyone inside waited for their drink and others after them in the drive through were passed out. Embarassing.

This used to be a really good location but they mess up my order every time I go. I ordered a small iced coffee with 1 pump of pumpkin sweetener and they gave me 22 shots of the vanilla flavor shot!! I gave them another chance a few weeks later and I got 8 sugars in my coffee instead of 2. I don’t understand how they can mess up that badly every time.

This location says you guys close at 7 pm and your doors were locked and gone by 650. If your hours of operations says 7 you close at 7. Not 659, 650, 630. If you close earlier you need to update your hours of operation.

I ordered a bagel twist with cream cheese around 6pm..I know they close at 7pm and yes I may be the ahole for getting food so late but I was craving it!! anyways..I asked them to toast it, did I get it toasted? NO. also they filled my drink up to the very top. the drink was spilling all over the cover, I received no napkins to clean it up nor did they ask if I needed any. luckily I had some in the car. this dunkin as gone so down hill since 2020/2021 when it was so nice and clean. employees weren’t giving attitude left and right. truly sad..this is one of many reason why people in beacon now go to the dunkin in oxford..at least there people are so nice and actually care about their customers
