So excited for a bakery nearby.
I grew up in New York where we always had a local bakery. Made the trip from Seymour for the first time yesterday. Croissant with pistachio and chocolate, Danish and a breakfast sandwich on focaccia, all delicious.
Did not see alot of bread offerings wondering if they make semolina or baguette?
We will be back!!!

I finally went in after it opened in BF—I tried the country white bread, chocolate pistachio croissant and Asiago parm sourdough bagel!! My god, everything blew me away! The croissant was perfect and the filling was creamy and rich, and the bread tasted like love in a loaf! The customer service is amazing as well, the shop is small but with amazing selections!

This is a great addition to the area. Everything we got was good but the turkey club on focaccia was truly next level, I’m going to have to watch carefully for when this special comes back!

I’ve been a fan of Molly’s baked goods from her stand at the farmers market to home delivery and I’m so thrilled to see a storefront now! Her baked goods are luxurious - sweet pastries, savory pastries, beautiful breads, bagels, cupcakes, whatever she had you’ll love. She also carries a selection of high quality foods and seasonings - I never saw Arethusa yogurt or butter before so you know that came home with me. Absolutely worth a visit!

Wow! This bakery is amazing. Not a huge selection, but they excel in what they make. It changes every week. The chocolate croissants are filled with chocolate. You have to put a napkin underneath because it is a big mess. It is delicious! The chicken Parmesan on focaccia was insanely good, the goat cheese croissant is amazing, and their breakfast sandwiches are really good as well. This is a regular stop for us!

Been a customer for more than 5 years - started out in pandemic with drops of amazing doughnuts. Then the Beacon Falls farmers market with the delicious cheddar jalapeño sour dough bread. Thrilled for the new store front, tried the coffee and Cinnabon roll and breakfast sandwich. All great! Hardest working baker - she’s done cookies for our daughters birthdays and it’s obvious everything is made with care

We have been so excited to have a new bakery in town and finally made a visit (twice) this week! The bakery store front was cozy, warm & welcoming! Beautiful display of artisan cooking items, fresh flowers, and lots of fresh to-go options in the cooler and amazing cold brew coffee (will try the iced tea next!) Baked goods are all amazing- cupcake was my preschoolers favorite, the cinnamon roll is to die for, and the fresh chocolate croissant was my teenage daughter's favorite!! My personal favorite was the chicken salad sandwich on a fresh croissant. This will be a frequent stop for our family. Thank you Molly for bringing fresh, healthier, bakery options to our town! This exceeded all of my expectations!

My boyfriend and I went to Molly’s on opening day, and wow!!! Everything was amazing. Fresh bagels, muffins, cupcakes and so much more! Needless to say we were back the next day and I HAD to get a Molly’s tote bag as I know I’ll be visiting quite often. Amazing bakery to have in Beacon Falls. Thank you, Molly and team!
