Worst experience ever. The way they treat coupons is unacceptable—like they are doing customers a favor by offering a free meal instead of honoring them properly. Customers deserve respect, not to be lectured or made to feel like they’re asking for charity. Very disappointed with the service and attitude. Would rate it zero if that was an option.

This place is an absolute disaster. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and somehow these careless people handed me beef instead. Not only is that completely unacceptable, it shows they don’t respect the customer at all. For many people, including me, what we eat isn’t just preference — it’s belief, it’s principle — and they couldn’t care less.
When I asked politely about the mistake, the staff’s attitude was nothing short of disgusting. Instead of apologizing or fixing their screw-up, they acted rude and dismissive, as if I was the problem. Excuse me? I’m the paying customer. You ruin my order, then you have the nerve to talk back?
This is the most unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful service I’ve ever seen. If you can’t even prepare the most basic order correctly and treat customers with a shred of respect, you don’t deserve to be in business. Absolute waste of time and money

Genuinely the best service I've received. Lovely family franchise, everyone was so nice! Definitely worth a visit if you're passing through.
Came to get a sandwhich at 8:30pm when they are opened till 9 and they wouldn't open the doors.

Would give a zero of I could. Can't have signage on the door and online that says open until 9:00 Monday through Friday and close early. Multiple times I've been to this location up to an hour before they close and the door is locked.
Either change your hours for Honor what it says on the door.

Very friendly staff, get my meals right every time some comment staff being rude for not accepting coupons it's not their fault if you look into the the amount of franchisees who apply for redemption from corporate they don't get reimbursed this is why it's their corporate establishment they are causing problems, not taking care of the buisness they ask more and more to the point there is no profit for these mom and pop franchise. They are great people here, just know they truely love their community, and the food they serve they are just wrapped up in the wrong sandwich shop now the chain used to be great.

Always very clean. Staff is extremely professional and very efficient in making your sandwich exactly how you want it. Speak loudly if you are wearing a mask (mine muffles my voice). Very happy with this location!
I like this little Subway shop. They make a surprisingly good sandwich. And the bread is always fresh.
Was very disappointed with the attitude towards me presenting a coupon this was my second poor experience at this location would recommend Antonio’s literally next door it’s worth the wait
