This was my first time at the this location and it was a phenomenal experience. I typically go to the one in Southington, but they were closed by the time I got there.The Berlin location is top tier! The cleanliness, hospitality & quality of that place is insane. I really enjoyed everything about it. I also want to acknowledge KJ & Dunc as they were a huge part of this experience. I am happy to come on here and share my experience about “this” location. I have been shaking here since the old location where I first met Toni. She has been holding it down, continuously making this a happy, welcoming environment. This is important to keep a business running as customer service is very important to me. Toni and her team are always considerate and personable. It is to a point now that if Toni is present i do not have to say what i want, she just confirms that it’s the regular, and she’s on it!!! Always consistent! I have visited one other location which cannot be compared to Berlin/Newington. This location is unmatched!!! Thank you for your continued service throughout this unusual, global pandemic. Can’t forget about Sam, another person who makes my shake perfectly!!

Never have a problem with this place , always have been taken care of really well even when the location was next door. I went today and the drinks tasted like pure water , I didn’t get to call and ran my errands and decided I would stop on my way back when I passed by ( only 45 minutes ). So I went and let them no I wanted it re made and the window lady and also the counter guy were so rude like they went out of their way to be rude. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager , the guy who refunded me my money (because he was giving me a hard time about re making my drink so I got fed up and just asked for the re fund ) wouldn’t give me his name or my receipt. I never felt so uncomfortable here until now. I will never return here again. That was insane how rude they were.

The Fresh Monkee is one of your favorite spots for a delicious shakes to cool off in the summer. Whether you like fruity, dessert inspired, or chocolate shakes, The Fresh Monkee has something for you. This visit I tried the Pumpkin Cheesecake and my husband got his favorite, Dirty Monkee, that is a chocolate shake with Nutella. These drinks are packed with nutritious and real ingredients. Many of these drinks have protein or protein bars blended in the shakes without the chalkiness. These shakes taste more like fruit smoothies. You can always add other items in like nut butters, banana and extra boots! The Fresh Monkee has multiple locations throughout CT, but the Berlin location is spacious with a large seating area. There is also a drive thru! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the shakes.

My wife and I have been wanting to go to this establishment for a long time. She is going to be upset that I went this morning by myself….because it was OUTSTANDING….This is perhaps one of the best, up and coming establishments in the state. It truly uses the freshest ingredients. I ordered a watermelon ? pineapple? mint refresher and I watched her blend fresh fruit and mix in a blender.Orders come in 3 Sizes: Bite, Snack, Meal. It’s a bit pricey, but it is meant to substitute for your meal at that time.Indoors there is a soft leather couch for relaxing, along with bar stools for us loners.For all you lazy people like me, there is a DRIVETHRU.Go to this place immediately, or particularly on your way to work for an extra energy BOOST.

Decided to stop and try a peanut butter cookies and cream bite size shake. The presentation was cute, but I felt the shake lacked flavor. There were bits of peanut butter and chocolate swirls, but it tasted like vanilla with a subtle hint of chocolate/peanut butter.I will have to try another flavor to see if my opinion changes
