Dear Fred, let me begin by stating, your Berlin location is FANTASTIC!!! The staff, particularly, Vicki, is a true asset. But if I may, perhaps, the level of service and consideration one experiences in Berlin could somehow filter to your other locations, specifically, Southington/plainville. Picked up some wings to go for my friends and I. I got the honey chipotle wings which did not disappoint, exactly what I was craving. My friends got boneless buffalo wings which they seemed to enjoy. We shared the tater tots with queso which was so good! Unfortunately , I didn't really look inside to get the vibe. I'll definitely be back though!
