“We rented two cornhole lanes for 2 hours for our son's 21st birthday. Cost was reasonable. We preordered food from Square Peg Pizzeria. Upon arrival, we knew where to go-our table was labeled. Food was delivered on time. When our party arrived and ate, the time flew. Everyone had a fun time and enjoyed the arcade, pool table and cornhole. Two hours was NOT enough! Thank You!!“
“Picked up some wings to go for my friends and I. I got the honey chipotle wings which did not disappoint, exactly what I was craving. My friends got boneless buffalo wings which they seemed to enjoy. We shared the tater tots with queso which was so good! Unfortunately , I didn't really look inside to get the vibe. I'll definitely be back though!“
“My friend suggested we go to Double Play Café last night after a concert at the Oakdale Theatre. There was a large crowd for a late on a Saturday night, and we sat at a high top table. We were cold from standing outside for a while at the concert and decided to have some hot drinks. I had a coffee. It was delicious. We then ordered some food. I had the avocado, mozzarella, caprice he salad. I enjoyed it very much. It was fresh and had a very nice balsamic glaze on top. I will definitely go back and try some other items on the menu.“

“TJs is a sports bar with great food and immaculately clean. The burger ? tastes like steak! I have had three of them and they are the "best burger" I personally have had in Connecticut. It's small in a cozy, way and the 8 TVs are set up so you can see NFL or Basketball anywhere you sit. It's really perfect for 3 friends & you to play pool and eat, or a casual "date night" because there are booths you can snuggle up in. I usually just go to the bar side; but the restaurant side has 8 small booths so you can take mom or a friend to a tasty lunch. The menu is quite large but I personally stick to burgers.“
“One of the best bars in Southington. The wings are locally famous and award-winning, and for good reason! Service is good, the menu has plenty of options, and there's always some form of music, either live bands or karaoke. And if the place is full, order your meal to-go and take it to the brewery across the street.“
“Came here a few times and food was great! The service the other times were about a 6/10 but it was busier. Today we came for brunch and we received exceptional service! Taisha was a friendly and a super attentive bartender. We loved her! Wilson the cook was dope as well! I like my wings abnormally well done and the cook came out to ask me how I wanted them. He was so nice! The music is a vibe too! I loved the staff, they made our experience a 10/10!!! Ps- blue cheese dressing is fire as is the Rasta pasta- everything fresh and homemade! Unlimited mimosas for $20 and Tasha kept them coming! 10/10 for today ?“

“Would have been great if it weren't for the Anti-military atmosphere. Only "young and dumb" join the military. This wasn't from the service but the patrons, but still of all days, 9/11 shouldn't be one of those days. I really hope this isn't the local me tality here.“
“I came here for dinner with my girlfriend and had a great experience. I had the mac and pork while she had the boneless wings. The atmosphere is a sports bar feeling so if your really into sports unlike me then this is really the place the you. Also I would like to note that you able to play Keno from the CT lottery here as well. The waitstaff was really friendly and kind along with letting you sit where ever you choose. I would definitely recommend this bar and grill which is right on route 17.“

“We've been here a few times for both dinner on the deck and special occasion events. The food is typically decent. I've enjoyed their pizza. They're meatball sub is delicious (and I'm Italian and am typically really picky when it comes to meatballs). The back deck is so delightful- especially on a cool evening sitting around one of the fire tables. I have 2 young kids so being able to dine outside is always nice. We dined there last week and had a less than stellar experience. It was a Thursday evening. The kids and I met some family after they played golf. It was much busier than I would have expected. Waitress comes over in a huff - clearly overwhelmed. She wasn't that friendly and was rushing, She took 8 orders - drinks and meals - without writing anything down. My cousin and I chuckled about it when she walked away. We were both saying it'd be a miracle if she got it right. Well she didn't. And the worst part is that we waited about 30 mins for our meals - and the two she messed up out of the 8 were my 4 and 9 year olds. So then we waited another 15 mins for 2 pizzas. It was just annoying. Write it down next time. Well obviously be back but definitely not if something like this happens again.“

“Nice little towny bar. Cash only but they do have an ATM in case you find yourself without cash. They have a couple pool tables in a separate room than the bar which is always nice and roomy. Service is perfect. Bartender is very observant and knows exactly when you need another drink. Drinks are made perfectly too“
“I read some of the reviews about this spot and had to come and check it out for myself. When I entered Roma's for lunch, there was one other person at the bar and then a gentleman setting up TV's behind the bar. He came over with a Menu after taking my drink order. I decided to go with their honey bbq wings, New England clam chowder and Hawaiin Burger. The guy behind the bar was friendly and kept striking up conversation with myself and the other gentleman. My wings came out and I must say, these golden temptations weren't just slightly crisp but met my tastebuds with a sweetness about them, that when dipped into the blue cheese; only set off a powerful bite that was creamy and a bit tangy. I had fun with the rollercoaster of taste upon these wings. As for my Clam Chowder. It was chunky and had much going on. Clams came packed with a degree of seasonings that started out good but ended in a bad way for the chowder was a bit too salty. This chowder would be the perfect start to. any meal in the winter, had it not been for the saltiness of it all; taking away from what could be its own star of a chowder show. Now my fries, bliss in a bite with just the right amount of salt upon them and a crispiness to be reckoned with. Even the burger made my mouth happy with its freshness on the beef; made to order. Didn't taste like frozen pot luck beef at all. Seasoned just right and the pineapples, along with onion crisps held enough flavor to transcend this burger into the next phase of its life...The bun was toasted both inside and out, holding the components together for a nice barrage of burger bliss. Not bad at all!“
“Hanging out with the wife on a Saturday night watching the UConn game. Crowd friendly. Everyone was into the game and it was a great atmosphere. Had the regular order of nachos with chicken and chili. On point as usual. Next up was 2 orders of 6 wings. Buffalo Bacon ranch(-fantastic) and Mango habanero(meh they were kind of flavorless and watery tasting.). Other than that just a few drinks. The waitress taking care of us was very on point. She went so far as to warn us when we sat down that the kitchen was extremely busy due to two separate parties they were hosting. Nice to know we could change our kids right up front.“
“Family style bar and restaurant. I've had a thick juicy cheeseburger and the fish and chips. Both dishes were nice large portions of flavorful and fresh tasting and well seasoned food. The place is friendly and well appointed. Prices are reasonable and service is great. The patrons are having fun socializing with each other. There are even families, but no young children. They are a mix of young and old. People are dressed in casual work clothes.“
