Done with this place. I've frequented this place for 16 years. The last year the service has been horrible. The woman behind the counter constantly messes up orders, never has them ready on time and lies about online orders not coming through! The food quality has declined as well. Very disappointing, this was once a very good place.

The quality and quantity of the burgers we're both poor of quality. It was a takeout so I didn't get to see this until it arrived... not to mention a partial part of the order was missing. Really disappointed

I usually judge a burger by how well it holds up for takeout. Unfortunately, this one didn't pass the test. I only drove about 5 minutes before opening it at Bethel train station, and the burger was already falling apart. The fries were soggy, and the chicken Caesar was very dry.
On top of that, the girl working the front desk spoke at barely a whisper, which made it really hard to hear and order.
Maybe dining in is a different experience, but for takeout it was disappointing. Not sure it's worth going back.

Decided to try this place for lunch. The chicken panini is flavorless and overall has a really odd flavor. It’s mostly bread, and barely tastes like anything. I’m not able to finish it. I got a side of broccoli cheddar soup that was ok. It was thin and watery.
I’d best describe it as hospital food. Wouldn’t recommend.

I always order the chicken Frances lunch order and today was terrible. Its was dry and barely any sauce or flavor. Really disappointed. It taste like boiled chicken breast and plain penne.

As an ex owner of two successful restaurants in Manhattan, I would refer to my (delivered) dinner last night as the BEST soup and sandwich in Connecticut (and probably in USA). Delicious, authentic French Onion soup, and the best vegetable Ciabatta panini I ever had. The quality of the food is probably at the Michelin Star level. I don't agree with this other review, I think Biksbee’s prices are too low. Lets tip them nice!

Always loved it, but got a sandwich today and while the quality is good, come on. I know times are tight and everything is expensive, but this sandwich wasn't close to worth what was charged for it. Give me a break, I remember what they used to be. I put all the meat on one side and threw out the other half. That plus a Foxon Park and $15.15 for that. Not worth, hope they do better next time.
Just got a roast beef sandwich with a couple addons and they gave me moldy cheese on it and forgot half the addons. Plus the fries were soggy. Will never be going back again.
