It's been years since I've been here, surprisingly food and friendly service are the same. I always get the French onion soup and Santa Fe steak wrap, get the picky 2. It's a good deal for $12.49. I remember it in 2007 for $6.49, how times have changed. Pricing is reasonable compared to other places and food remains consistent.

they screwed me out of a lunch break. i called to place an order for pickup but no answer and their message inbox is fulli drive down to place the order, maybe if its quick i can have something before getting back to work.as soon as i walk in the manager leaves the cash register and hides in back for 10 minutes and neither of the girls behind the counter would even look overthen i find their phone works perfectly fine as they kept getting calls (6 while i was standing there) and all were completely IGNORED. no sign of them caring at all about losing 7 customers in that window of time and there was only one dude sitting in there at a table also without any food in front of themthis business has shot straight off a cliff since new management took over

For $30 dollars we got flavorless butter nut squash soup and they forgot to put turkey on their signature sandwich….. so I got a carelessly put together BLT. The grilled cheese was good at least so half of my wife’s dinner wasn’t ruined. Save your money and go elsewhere. I get restaurants are struggling but at least try and retain the business people are giving you. Very disappointing.

DELICIOUS!!! We ordered a chicken burrito with chunks of chicken, lettuce, cheese and rice... WOW! and we ordered chicken parm, chicken Marsala and spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was fantastic!!! including the owner was polite and friendly. A very clean and welcoming place to eat!! highly recommend

Check out that the veg burger is $12 and the regular burger is $6. If the price discrepancy is so big, maybe don't serve it? Seems more like an F-you than it does trying to accommodate to a vegetarian or vegan. I don't mind paying $12 dollars for a good burger, but it's the principle here.

Great soups sandwiches. Good service. Prices are a bit high, but overall, it's a great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. We used Biksbees for catering and had a wonderful experience. The food was delivered right on time, was hot and delicious. The eggplant was cooked perfectly, as was the chicken parm. Family favorite was the spaghetti and meatballs. Highly recommend them.

Really poor customer experience, no manners from the wait staff, little selection for food. Not many choices. And the ambiance is off as it's a cramped tight space with not much seating room or an organized system to order food from.

I have been here many times before (usually get a soup and salad) but this one was not good. Food was okay but service was strange at best. There are no prices on the board and there were no paper menus available. Upon inquiry what things cost, we were met with "well it depends what you are getting" and a reluctant look at the computer to find prices.I had asked about a specific sandwich that came on a special bread which I had not heard of and wanted to know what it was. Answer: bread. Oh - thanks - very helpful. After finding out what it was, I ordered the sandwich. When I got the sandwich - it was made on regular bread, not the baguette-kind that we discussed. Upon asking about it, the only reply was: do you want me to remake it? No - I want to know why you explained for 2 minutes about the special bread and I then get regular sandwich bread!I assume most people that order (lots of take-outs while we were there) know what everything is and everything costs. I had company who had never been and their questions could not be answered.I'm a big fan of supporting small businesses. But if I bring my money there, I would like to get what I pay for. Or at least an answer why I didn't.I don't think I'll be back.
