This brewery is such a gem in Connecticut! It’s been voted by the CT Brewer’s Guild for best food at a brewery and oh my gosh I can see why! Here’s what to get:+ the buttermilk chicken melt+ the pretzel+ kimchi arranci+ buffalo dip eggrollsThere’s actually some super cool history about this place! Way back in the day it used to be train station for hauling lumber. The train still passes but never stops. Prior to be being a brewery it was an abandoned bike shop.The brewmaster and owner has an extensive background in aerospace engineering. If you order a flight, I definitely recommend:+ pale blue dot+ axion+ nimbus+ courageThey had a nice selection ranging from IPA’s to stouts!12/10 recommend visiting this tasty trackside brewery!

What a great little place! The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere is rustic and casual. No waiting in line for food and beverages here, table side service! Yeah! The beer is great, food was excellent! We will definitely be back!

I went to Broken Symmetry tonight with my family for their pumpkin planter class, and everything was perfect. The atmosphere was super cool with the trains rushing by. The food was amazing, we had four different meals and they did not disappoint. Ryan the manager was super friendly and engaging. Our class was also great. We will definitely be back!!!?????

Great brewery, service, beer and believe it or not, the food here is fantastic. They remain creative in their menu with fresh, local ingredients and have a great outdoor seating area for the nice weather months. Trivia on Thursday nights is also a blast.

Cute establishment located in town center. Has various beers can order a flight to try out variety. Great for dates, friends, groups, parties. We ordered the fish sandwich not recommended either the Cajun cole slaw way too salty takes away from the sandwich itself. Enjoyed the space and beer. Friendly staff walking distance to other businesses and town.

One word, outstanding. You literally can't ask for anything better. Food = perfect Beer = super clean and perfect Service = perfect. If you haven't been here, you need to go. Coolest fact I've ever heard at a brewery, they remove all the minerals through reverse osmosis, then add back in style specific minerals and make awesome beer, I'm truly impressed.
