Horrible service. I used to loved this place but I was told the management had changed. Long-story short, we were the only table on a Monday night, our food took about 40 minutes to be served, one of the plates was wrong and had to wait another 10 minutes. We were never asked if we were ok while waiting, I saw my server LITERALLY 3 times. It was my birthday, so while we were eating the same person who run our food (not our server), brought me a birthday cake. WHILE I WAS EATING, the “ice cream cake” melted. (later on, our server told us that back in kitchen they thought we were “in a hurry”??) dont even make sense. Awful. At the end we had to leave 20%tip cause “it’s already included” as if the service was good.
Think it twice before going.

One of the best ? that I have met this week, very special and good food, attention, there is no shame in paying and leaving a good tip, ? everything is very good, in fact it will be number 1 to go to eat with my girlfriend, I recommend gentlemen .

It took them over 30 minutes to make us any food at all. Instead of wasting an hour, they should've told us they couldn't serve us food.

Awful experience. Had a reserved Christmas Dinner with a group of friends, service was terrible! Wrong food was brought out and waitstaff didn’t seem to care. Food wasn’t delivered and we were told, it’s coming, 20-30 minutes later, still waiting for food! Asked numerous times to speak with manager/owner, we were told he’s on his way, that never happened! It was lie after lie. Waitstaff acted oblivious to the fact that people were waiting extremely long for their food, in some cases it was over an hour! Had to request at least 4-5 times for bread, more water, utensils, etc. Requested salt and pepper for a dinner, it didn’t get delivered until the patron was finished with their dinner! I do MOT recommend going here at all! Worst restaurant I have ever eaten at!

I was at the restaurant tonight with my family, the food was good the service also goodThe only thing you have to check is your bill because they add 20% tips on your bill wish I’m ok with because I leave 20% every where I go , guess what the first time was there I left double tips the management should tell the waitress to let the costumer know before they charge your credit card, is not fear to leave 40% tipsShame on you managementThis is why you got one star review from me
