Awful experience. Had a reserved Christmas Dinner with a group of friends, service was terrible! Wrong food was brought out and waitstaff didn’t seem to care. Food wasn’t delivered and we were told, it’s coming, 20-30 minutes later, still waiting for food! Asked numerous times to speak with manager/owner, we were told he’s on his way, that never happened! It was lie after lie. Waitstaff acted oblivious to the fact that people were waiting extremely long for their food, in some cases it was over an hour! Had to request at least 4-5 times for bread, more water, utensils, etc. Requested salt and pepper for a dinner, it didn’t get delivered until the patron was finished with their dinner! I do MOT recommend going here at all! Worst restaurant I have ever eaten at!

Atmosphere was very cozy and Christmas decorations were amazing. Service was awful! Had a Christmas gathering and the Wrong meals were delivered and no attempt to fix it just put the meal In front of you to eat whether you ordered it or not. Again No attempt to correct your meal Just a blank stare. Supposedly Meal tickets were lost in the kitchen after asking over and over where the meals were. The last meal was finally served after everyone was basically done eating and it was the wrong meal! It was eggplant instead of chicken parmigiana. Absolutely awful service. Wait staff who were very courteous and polite made up excuses and blamed it on the kitchen and no attempts to correct it. Told the owner Carlos would come out and talk to us and he never showed for over an hour after being told over 10 times he would be right out and then told oh- he isn't here. It's really too bad because what we did get served was delicious. The calamari appetizer was very good and the chicken francese was also very good. Portions were nice. Salad was good. Very unorganized meal delivery and service.

I was at the restaurant tonight with my family, the food was good the service also goodThe only thing you have to check is your bill because they add 20% tips on your bill wish I’m ok with because I leave 20% every where I go , guess what the first time was there I left double tips the management should tell the waitress to let the costumer know before they charge your credit card, is not fear to leave 40% tipsShame on you managementThis is why you got one star review from me

This place is amazing!! Their crab cakes are the best ever. My wife is a bit of a crab cake snob, and she absolutely loved them and they are her favorite ones now. The sauce that comes with them is amazing too. I kept putting my fried mozzarella in it. Speaking of which, the fried mozzarella is amazing too. Seriously, non-pornographic words do not exist to describe how good their food is. Their eggplant parm is also the best I've ever had, and my steak was amazing! Their prices are really good too. You seriously need to go here!

This place was a hidden gem I wish I knew of prior. The food was both affordable and high quality. The fried mozzarella had such pull, was crunchy, and the cheese was velvety. The crab cakes, too, were heaven. They were so flavorful and drenched in a sauce that made me consider licking the plate.

Not a bad place. Food is good but is frozen and not always fresh. The pizza is good, but when you order take out, always plan for an extra 15-20 min when you pick up. Each time I go to pick up I’m always told that nothing is ready, and to wait “about 10 minutes or so”. Aside from this, food is good, atmosphere and service are very nice.

Every time we go there we spend a lots of money with great tips for her and I been going to the restaurant/owner and never got treated so badly until she got there very much unprofessional ; I even give them third chance and still got treated very bad

Horrible service the waiter was friendly but didn't know menu, didn't give drink menu after I asked twice. Never came back to ask for my drink order. The last time I came the service was a little better but this time I decided to just leave. Not worth giving it a third try
