Ordered sausage and cheese sandwich on a croissant. Asked to remove the egg, Which they did do. After repeating this order 3/4 times the staff member asked me if I wanted it toasted. I opted not to have it toasted because the croissant gets very flaky and messy when it’s toasted. I get to the drive through window, pay and wait at least 5 minutes - then they give me the bag. I place on my passenger seat and drive 5 minutes to my house. When I opened the sandwich, the sausage was a cold patty and the cheese was just placed on top of the cold sausage patty…cold Cheese, not melted at all. So….it looks like when I said not to toast my croissant, the decided not to heat up the sandwich at all…and that still took more than 5 minutes to prepare??? This place is embarrassing and should be closed.

they're open till 9:00 I called at 4:30 to order a half dozen donuts and a coffee and they had no donuts but jelly and glazed that was it no Boston cream and no chocolate glazed. It's all in the name folks 🙂🙄😊 And we noticed that the donuts have shrunk shrinkflation again

Yeah this is the worst dunkin. I usually get a coffee with oatmilk and caramel, oatmilk due to latocose intolerance. But I always go to the dunkin across from Costco. For some dumb reason I decided to come here and get my usual. Guess what label said oat milk so I didn't say anything but after a few minutes of drinking it i realized it tastes like reg. Cow milk and because my body/ stomach started killing me. So. Don't come here of someone has a serious allergy or tbh anything for that matter stay away from this dunkin, plus the Lines are always taking forever and the food is 7/10 times underdone or wrong order.

Every morning no matter wha time it is and I mean 5 or 6 in the AM it takes 20-30min or more sometimes to get through the drive through. Idk if they are just slow ,don’t care inside or understaffed. Either way today is my last day coming here. I used to come here for the speed and quality and both of those have gone out the window there this past year a half so after today I’m done and no longer going to come here

Would not make a frozen coffee because almond milk won't work in there frozen machine, I asked why won't almond milk won't work in this locations frozen machine there answer was the manager said no. It can't be because of allergies because people are allergic to dairy so.

Went through the drive thru around 5:45/6 am to get my daughter a donut before school. DEFINITELY SELLING YESTERDAY'S DONUTS. Very stale and hard....and half of the chocolate frosted was melted off already. Gross. Does this happen at every DD?
I don't know why, but the donuts I recived were horrendous. It was like someone licked the outside of every donut. The glaze on the chocolate and regular glaze donuts were gone, there was no powder on the jelly dount and everything was very dry.
