Famous Pizza is one of a few places in Bethel to get pizza. Many people must think the pizza is great based on the number of pizzas picked up in the short time I was there.

Crust and sauce are building stones needed for a great pizza. I had the thin crust (NY style) cheese pizza, with half onions. The crust was chewy and crunchy and made my tastebuds happy. The sauce is full of tomato flavor, seasoned just right and the sauce to cheese mix was just right.

They have a large menu, fair prices with nice and polite staff.
Not a lot of parking, but you can park in the back of the building.

Pizza is a 2 out of 10. Not sure where all the 5 stars are coming from. Crust is pre-ordered, not handmade and taste like it looks, cardboard. If you like high school pizza, this is the place for you. I felt like I was walking into a fast food restaurant like McDonald's. No authenticity at all. Update: Read the responses to his negative reviews. He calls people Karen and has petty comebacks. Tells me all I need to know.

The quality of the food went down since covid 19.
Also, the restaurant isn't nice. They switch places to the old ice cream parlor that was next to them. Now you can't sit nowhere, just have to order and leave.

Famous is our go-to for pizza. We really love their Pizza. Thin crusted and the toppings are always plentiful. We have enjoyed many meals there since we moved to Bethel. Recently we had pizza delivered to our house as our son was having a party. It arrived on time and piping hot. The pizza was devoured quickly!

Famous Pizza in Bethel is amazing. The crust is thin and flaky, cheese is a Gooey mixture of greatness. Sauce also a perfect combo to the cheese and crust. I got the #2 combo, Cheese and Pepperoni. The Pepperoni were crispy and perfect. The man behind the register was nice and friendly and brought the Pizza to the table.
