I’ve been coming here for years now. Chef Hassan is the kindest restaurant owner I’ve ever met & the recipes are as authentic as it gets. You can’t go wrong here - everything is delicious!

Big thanks to Simon and Hassan, the food was amazing, and they were very hospitable. We spoke to them after our meal and they told us that everything is made fresh from their farm. Will definitely be visiting again

Hidden gem in Bethel! I had lunch there today. The food is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the lamb chops, moussaka, and the chicken shawarma. Simon, the owner was very attentive and such a gentleman. We will definitely be back! Debbie & Joe G.

Our family had a pleasure to eat a lunch at this wonderful Lebanese restaurant, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm hospitality and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home—it genuinely feels like being welcomed into a family space.
The food was absolutely exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish reflected authentic Lebanese cuisine, from the creamy babaganush to the tender, juicy kebabs and shawarma. The pita bread was warm and soft, and everything tasted incredibly fresh, as if it had just been prepared moments before reaching our table. The balance of flavors was perfect—rich yet light, with aromatic herbs and spices that made each bite special.
What makes this place even more unique is that it’s a true family-owned business, and you can feel the care and pride in every detail. In addition to the restaurant, they also have a small store offering local Lebanese products, which is such a special touch. You can take home authentic ingredients, sweets, and specialties that are hard to find elsewhere—it really extends the experience beyond the meal.
The service was just as impressive—attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. They were happy to recommend dishes and made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, this place offers more than just great food—it’s a full cultural experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Lebanese cuisine, warm service, and something truly special. I will definitely be coming back if will be again in the area!

The food is amazing! We are fairly new to Lebanese food and they are always helpful to suggest new dishes and let us sample. Nour has become a favorite in our house and we always get it when hosting guests for dinner.

I had the pleasure of visiting this place and it was great. The Slow Roasted Lamb Special was amazing, the Beef shawarma combo platter was also delicious, the way they marinate and season their meats is incredible. Such good flavors and aromas. Can't wait to try it again.

The atmosphere is great, is quiet, and the service is very personable.

UPDATE March 2026: after the first time my wife and I tried this place, we became regulars, we come here ALL the time, it is without a doubt our favorite restaurant. If you're a foodie (as they call it now) you must come to pay Simon a visit.

Our favorite order is:
- Beef sambousek or Meat pie.
- Slow Roasted Lamb Special
- Chicken/Beef Shawarma Platter, with extra Baba.
