Sal'z Pizza Bethel CT

Such a great pie in a town with tons of options. I took our girl scout troop here numerous times this year and they were so great everytime!

Gave us wrong order. What we got was undercooked. Manager wants us to wait hour for correct order. Just not ordering from here again.

Not good, received delivery and the pizza was barely cooked, hardly any sauce. Not a good place for GF pizza.

I just ordered a delivery pizza through Salz directly.I have been a customer here for many years and their food and service have been slowly declining to the point I feel the need to post here.I just tried to call, but it was 8:59pm and they close at 9pm so no answer. I called because we ordered ONE pizza and ONE sandwich, and the pizza showed up burnt all the way through. On top of that we were given a 30 minute ETA and 90 minutes later received our order. Oh my. I’m stuck in a hotel room and although I live near by this was the widest pizza I ever ordered. Asked for butter with the bread and graded cheese both of which I asked for on the side. They must not care about anything because the pizza was taken out of the windo NOT HEATED. COLD AND NASTY. I asked for butter needless to say I never got any. And the graded cheese was no where to be seen.When I asked to speak with the owner I was told he’s in the hospital but after I asked to return their nASTY food which looks like garbage they said the owner wi call I guess he’ll call from the hospital. Or they lied to me in which since I live one town over we will see. Don’t order from here they don’t care if the food is worth eating or not. Not!! Guess nothing left to do but call the credit card company because I’m not paying for cold food. Don’t eat here

The chicken bacon ranch pizza slices that are readily available for lunch are incredible.

I ordered a small pizza through online ordering. Original wait time was 60-65 minutes which I was fine with. My pizza ended up being two hours late - which doesn’t include the hour wait time. The delivery driver delivered it to a completely different address. A wrong address. No one called my phone to ask for help. No one called to confirm anything. He gave it to a small boy who’s parents were not home. I do not have any children and this was not at my address. You would think that they would confirm the address and confirm the order with an actual adult before driving off but… nope. ?

Craving pizza tonight but didn’t want to go out so ordered it for delivery. It arrived when they said it would and was absolutely delicious! Thanks Sal’z !

terrible, they just go down hill the past few times i been there. the pizza paper thin with no taste barely sauce and burnt bottom sometimes. and now the stromboli wasnt even an inch thick, barely anything to it. will not recommend there or go there again. the place was very good when it first opened but since then and has changed ownership its was downhill since

When the pizza is good, it's the best pizza in Bethel. Especially the Sicilian. Unfortunately, ordering from Salz is opening yourself up to complete and utter chaos.Will my order be cooked through? Will it be correct? Will it be spilled all over? It'll definitely be late but will it be 20 minutes or an hour? Tonight was the last straw for me, it was delivered to the incorrect address (which was accepted, pretty scummy move) almost an hour after the scheduled delivery.It's a shame, the pizza is top notch but you've got a 75% chance that something is going to go sideways.

Ordered 3 large pizza's last night. Very disappointed with the amount of sausage on the 2 sausage and pepper pies. For what they charge for toppings should have more then 1 or 2 pieces of sausage on each piece. They were also 1/2 hr late for delivery. Only ordered from them because our normal place is closed on Monday's. Not sure will be ordering from again.
