I ordered the beast, paid for double the meat on the sandwich which should be a pound. Sandwich barely had anything. Totaled 22$ what a waste. Never again

Ordered online went to pick it up just before I got there I get a email that said my order was canceled if you canceled your order ur all set if not contact the store to see why so since I was almost at the store I went to the store to find out why they canceled my order and they told me they don’t have to explain why my order was cancelled be careful of this subway

Open time at 9am listed by google confirmed by business six weeks ago, arrived there at 9:30 am and the door was locked, posted hours on door are 10 am to 7 pm. Went back at 10:05 am and went inside, employee told me the door should have been locked and that they don’t open until 10:20 am….. Normally I wouldn’t bother to say anything, but on this particular day I was on a tight customer driven schedule and needed lunch as I would be unable to leave later in my work day to get food. I wasted all my available time trying to get a sandwich from this Subway and had to go without till dinner. Yeah, I know…. Modern American problems, but it was annoying. They should be available during posted hours. Rant done.

edit: service has improved12/13/2018: This is the third day in a row that this Subway was closed at least 45 minutes early. Today, the rude attendant looked at me through the window and shrugged. Will not go here again if they cant even honor their posted times for business.

Extremely rude staff. Mar 22, 2022 at 1130AM. I’m not expecting to be greeted, but the lady was so rude as if she is doing me a favor. Even the way she took the bread out and started to slit seemed very unprofessional. I just walked out. Very rude and I’m never coming back here. I’m so upset that I’m going to complain to Subway main office because management here doesn’t seem to care
