Step back in time as soon as you walk in the door.
Go back to the early '60s late '50s as you find your way back to a truly old-fashioned booth or perhaps at the soda fountain stools.
I had one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had truly custom-made to perfection I also treated myself to their legendary milkshakes which is perhaps one of the best milkshakes I've had in 5 years I highly recommend the sycamore drive in.
Great food fair prices and a great weight staff.

We came out today to have lunch with my sister and her kids. The last time I was here was 20+ years ago. As soon as I opened the door I was hit with pure nostalgia. Everyone greeted us as family, like we never left. The interior decor never lost its 50s drive-in identity and they still have the old juke box we used to play songs on. Our server Kathy was the best part of our trip. She kept up with our additions and subtractions and was absolutely lovely. When the kids spilled their shake she came back with another one and saved the day. The food was amazing. The burgers were as fresh and tasty as I remember and the shakes were rich, thick and ice cold. My only regret was not having enough space in my stomach to get my childhood favorite, the beans and franks. The whole experience reminded me of good times spent with my parents and my siblings treating ourselves to a bit of old school pleasure and the happiness of family. Long live the Sycamore Drive-In! Next time I wont leave it so long before I come back.

This is a fun, nostalgic diner of years past. The menu has something for everyone -- from fun old fashioned options like Patty melts and black and white milkshakes to more healthy fare like grilled chicken salad. The staff was excellent and the service was quick.

I got the cheese burger with everything on it and it was great. The root beer was amazing and ice cold. I ended up getting 6 root beers. The root beer float was ok.
