Out of three visits to this location, not *once* was the food hot nor the service even remotely worthy of the disgusting prices they charge for mediocre food.

How do I pay you for a larger fry and a double whopper to only receive a single whopper and small fry when I get home? Poor management poor service and this is the reason why so many people do not put dollars into our local fast food restaurants in Bloomfield and would rather drive to Windsor locks or West Hartford. I’ve been very disappointed with Bloomfield establishments for awhile but tonight put the icing on the cake.

The young man at the window said I could add a milkshake to my order and he conveyed the message to the lady filling my order. She rolled her eyes more than once and continued to express how frustrated she was with the young man for adding something on. Then the manager also showed her frustration. I thanked the guy for him trying to help me out and I apologized for getting him in trouble. I will NEVER return to that BK again. Too bad I couldn’t complain to the managers boss....read full review
