All of these fast food places are trying to get rid of employees while raising prices. They are forcing people to either go through drive through or order in app, which does not work on every phone. I am handicapped and elderly. I use the kiosk because you can put a "tent" with a table number and they bring you the food. The Bloomfield store will put out only one tent so they don't have to bring the food to your table. These places are not conducive to the handicapped. They...read full review
This McDonald's will forever stay lacking. Cancelled order without explanation, late preparation, half-burnt patties. I only come here because it's the closest one to me. I can't even count on my fingers how many times this McDonald's has cut into my lunch break because of how bad the service is. If you want some decent service, go to the one on Flatbush Ave.
